JM It Services have always been quick to respond, very patient, extremely helpful and easy to understand. My husband and I have been grateful for their help on several occasions and would not go to anyone else. The proprietor, Jason, is knowledgeable and pleased to help. We were recommended some time ago by an existing customer and have never regretted changing to him. Thank you Jason.

Jason has fixed three old laptops for me over recent years each at a reasonable cost, each time he has explained what and why in my non IT lanquage. He has a calm and reassuring manner and talks to you not at you like some. Parking is right outside unlike some others and I wouldn`t go anywhere else so it`s five stars from me.

5 star service. Jason offers an excellent service for your IT needs. Have needed his help many times over the past c10 years and every time Jason fixes and explains the problem. He is able to work remotely so this makes life very easy. If you need any advice on upgrading your computer Jason is the one to help and can even build a computer for your individual needs. Jason was able to sort out my six year old laptop that had slowed down and was hardly useable. He fitted a new hard drive that has made the laptop like new again. He came to pick it up and was returned, as good as new, a couple of days later. Very happy with the service and price. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jason again for any computer problems.

Dealing with Jason is a Breeze! Jason is so well versed in today’s technology, it seems what ever problem you discuss with him he quickly analyses the issue and presents a resolution. PC or Mac he is your Man I recently looked for a new PC with a Solid state drive I explained my requirements and Jason produced a Bran New computer to my spec within a couple of days. Jason is a real super star. He identified and repaired my laptop and recovered all my files when the retail company I went to had put put it back to factory settings because they said that's what they could only do. Jason is reliable and I have recommended him to family and friends.

Jason, the business owner, is very knowledgeable and has managed to fix all my computer problems over the past few years.
