Barford Heating completed a total overhaul of my heating system. They had it done in good time, really tidy plumbing, polite and friendly, and came in on quote at an excellent price. Definitely recommend, I don't plan to use anyone else in the future.

Use Barford regularly for annual boiler services, repairs and plumbing/heating related installations. Normally contact via email and always receive a quick and helpful response. Always my “first port of call” for heating/plumbing issues. Would recommend without hesitation.

Brilliant customer service

Well i have now called 4 times and got no answer. To be fair i have not left a message. But i have used them in the past and got good service.

Currently have no hot water and called them to see if they could come and sort it out and was told that only dealing with existing customers at the moment! We only moved to property few months ago...poor customer service as not interested in our plight 😡

Never answer the phone.
