Murrayfield Golf Club

Tremendous experience, the staff where 1st class and every part of the club from pro shop to the course itself was superb. Nigel the vice captain went out if his way to say hi which goes along way with us.

Great golf course, friendly clubhouse. Views were great from the 3 and 4th hole. In hindsight I wouldn't rent a golf cart. We were the only people on the course with carts.

The club very kindly gave public access to the grounds during lockdown. As someone without a garden, it was wonderful to spend time in green space with ample room for social distancing. Beautiful views. Thank you very much Murrayfield Golf Club 🙏

Beautiful course, very well set out with excellent mix of pars of varying length. Greens and tees all immaculate. Club house is beautiful inside and very friendly staff.

I've been meaning to write this review for almost a year.

With travel and the world almost ending, it's been hard to get around to writing this review. But as I pulled out a Murrayfield tee out of my suitcase, I was reminded yet again.

Mike, in the proshop, made me feel right at home. I was visiting from the US, and only been golfing for a bout 2 years, but i could NOT pass up a chance to play somewhere in Scotland. I was pretty nervous at first, but right when Mike answered the phone, I knew I made the right choice. I was worried I would ask the "stupid" questions, but never made me feel like an outsider. You could tell he was genuinely excited for me to get out on the course, and that's why i'm writing this review. If Mike is there, or reading this, I'd like to thank him for making that round and experience one to remember for the rest of my life. Cheers!

Lovely Building with good food and attentive staff I would give it 10 out of 10. It's just a pity I don't play golf.

Nice golf course in good condition, quite a few hills but you get some great views of Edinburgh.

Brilliant golf course,with great Clubhouse facilities and catering. Well respected Professionals with excellent range of merchandise.

Excellent course with great views of Edinburgh. Greens in great condition, and great food at reasonable prices.

This is the place I work for but its a members only golf club but other guest are more than welcome to come play and also to eat.
