Excellent job by Whittons Flooring Ltd Arbroath. Installed LVT Amttico in three rooms and the job was perfect and completed without any hassle. They also stretched & re-attached the carpet in two other rooms. Went above and beyond as the job had to be done within a tight timeframe of less than a week between us getting the keys and our furniture/container arriving. Professional and reliable service.

Whittons did every room in our home. A fantastic customer experience, starting with the friendly and very accommodating staff who made us feel welcome and gave impartial sound expert advice on what we wanted versus what we needed to suit our home. We honestly felt that their goal was to help us purchase the floor coverings that were best for us and they were certainly not out to make a quick sale from a couple who didn't have a clue about what they needed. The staff helped us choose by patiently (very patiently) explaining the technical differences between different floor coverings and the pros and cons associated with them. Never once were we made to feel unwelcome as we must have spent over 5 hours there during 3 visits to the shop. Even after we eventually made our choices and then had second thoughts, the staff were willing to go the extra mile to reassure us and help us complete the purchase without pressure. Excellent communication; We were kept informed of the timescale and progress of the order and the carpets and vinyl were expertly fitted on time as promised...zero mess. Excellent after sales service too. It's not often I feel compelled to phone a company to thank them for the work that has been done for me...I simply cannot thank them enough.
