Yesterday I had the best, most informative and helpful service I have ever experienced in any supermarket or store.
The young man was a manager, ( unfortunately, I didn’t ask his name) and patiently explained wine value and quality. When he saw that my husband struggled to use his app he came to the checkout and helped us.
He was professional, polite, modest, kind and informative.
I have had a business myself and know that staff like this young man are invaluable.

The middle of LIDL is great. good food great selection great food from Europe and Local Scottish. Excellent prices and deals

Brilliant as always, good offers at all times..though a 10 and under checkout would be useful at times! One great thing is I can now get the offers from the app, I couldn't get them before as I don't have walk about Internet, but now I can just tell the cashier my mobile number and its applied. Great! And getting a free bakery item if you use the app. Magic

Shop fine got most items. Parking time reduced. spent 15 minutes at checkout only one till opened again. Tried to use self service checkout but one item to light to register in bagging area and no one to assist so had to join queue for staffed checkout. Since last review queues better managed. Still some items unavailable but not always the same ones. Prices have gone up but it seems to be the same everywhere. Staff pleasant and willing to try to help.

I could but the shop. In this store. There so.hch new stuff every Thurs and new good to. Try come. In down and shop in Arbroath

Good selection of fresh bakery stuff and friendly staff

I love shopping at Lidl it has everything I need at great prices, the fresh and cooked meats are always enjoyable and delicious, I am a retired cook and enjoy cooking all the delicious foods and eating them, I never shop anywhere else as I don't need to go to other supermarkets for quality and freshness at a Lidl price.

Always fresh product. Fruits and vegetables quality guarantee, bakery just in time for morning coffee and the cheapest in the country….

Fairly large Lidl store with the usual range of products. Staff were helpful and when the checkouts were busy, they immediately opened another till.

Car park is a reasonable size but the spaces are orientated in a seemingly haphazard style. Some are even wider or narrower than others and at 90° to others or even wider at one end than the other. Parking is limited to 2 Hour, which is more than enough to visit the Lidl and the local shopping centre.

Lots of parking but due to Angus Council parking regulations you will find it often filled with cars that are not shoppers

The store is quite often busy and can take some time at the checkout

The staff are super friendly and will always try there best to help you.

Always normally clean and mostly always stocked well but basics like bread and fresh vegetables can run out by later on the day.

Great selection of traditional foods and European. Good value for money and there is always plenty of fresh produce. The chocolate filled donuts are popular in our house, delicious!

Helpful staff if you have to ask for product help. No issues if you need to exchange a faulty item.
Monday not a good day to shop as empty areas on shelves after a weekend.

Don't bother looking for diet freeway coke because there is none. This all started way before the co2 shortage. Going to Aldi as they still have diet own brand and will buy other things whilst there. There us now freeway cola.

Great quality food for good price. My favourite place for food shopping. I love their bread, rolls and doughnuts. Nice staff.

The newly refurbished Lidl offers a wide variety of grocery products and has an instore bakery. The store is well laid out with plenty of room within the aisles which enables the shopper to move around freely. The staff are very attentive and are happy to assist. The store are quick to deal with queues making the shopping experience stress free.

Good value on all items. Returns no problem. Well stocked with a vast range, you have to go look for yourself. Car parking and disabled access
