Really good crispy fresh fish with super chips.
Friendly service.
Opens early so I am not hanging about till 4pm.
Great price.
Sat outside and enjoyed it on the harbour front.
Will be back.

Not gonna lie, chippies aren’t really my cup of tea but when I heard Marcos did pizzas as well my interest was certainly piqued!

Was really impressed. Great base, lovely tomato sauce and nice toppings. 5 out of 5 would recommend. Would go back

Food is fantastic, although it is really busy, the food is prepared quickly and well presented. My favourite is the half pounder burger with everything, nowhere does it better! Chips are great, mum loves the roast chicken and the white pudding always goes down well.

Chips were nice and hot hubby's fish was great my scmpie was a bit on the dark side but tasted ok

Best fish shop in Arbroath..use regularly..idyllic setting near boat docking..excellent for sitting in car with fish supper and watching the boats in the docks.

Excellent fish and chip shop in nice harbour location. We were seeking a fish and chip supper on holiday and weren't disappointed. Great food and hard working staff in a busy location. Always a good sign when a takeaway is busy... My daughter thought the ice cream shop next door was equally great!

Weird I know, but I'm not usually a fan of chips from chip shops. It's very rare I enjoy them. But Marco's chips were absolutely perfect! I really enjoyed them :) it's weren't a fluke either because my nephew told me had some before and they were good... so when we were there, we got fish and chips. I would highly recommend

Very possibly the best fish and chips I've ever had. Drove all the way from Dunfermline after hearing good things. I hate to mention Anstruther, Marco's deserves to be help up in its own right, as it is 100% the better place. The only reason I mention it is its similarity of coming out the shop and being able to sit at the harbour, nothing better. For those driving electric cars or PHEVs like me, there are twin charging points from Charge Place Scotland in the carpark right outside.

I enjoy coming here for a bite to eat, staff are so friendly and Wendy is a great cook, just watch out for the gulls if you sit on one of seats outside.

Good quality haddock and chips can always be found in Marco's. The staff are always friendly.

Great place to park up and eat your food over the harbour.
Fish and chips were very delicious, crispy and great potion size. They do a great cuppa tea and coffee varieties.
Right next door is an ice-cream parlor.

Come to Arbroath 2 or 3 times a year and always used the closest chip shop, we checked Google reviews and gave Marcos a try.
Wow, superb fish and chips, fritters were the best. I would say this was the best fish supper I have had, I have had a lot!
Kids loved the sausage and chicken, definitely our favourite chippy.

Have to admit this is the best chipper in Arbroath, stumbled upon it after a wander along the front. Great selection, well varied items: fish, king rib, haggis, battered pizza all the classics. Its quite a small chipper but still very delicious. Tastes even better been eaten in the sea air, loved it especially the offering of chips and cheese with curry sauce. Clean and tidy chipper, very busy!

Food is excellent, staff are very friendly and attention to detail is fantastic.

Best Fish & Chip shop in Arbroath, and one of the best I've ever tried

We tried this place out today because my brother ate here and said it was amazing and told me to try it and he was not wrong. It Was definitely the best fish and chips I've ever eaten. The batter stayed crispy until it was all gone. Really good!!!! We will definitely be back and it will definitely be worth the 20 mile drive over. Thanks Marco's

Fish supper and Haggis was delicious. Service fast and staff helpful. Nice spot right on the harbour.
