Absolutely amazing.
I had a ring that was a little bit too big and kept falling off at work. It was one I got myself and had cost me under £15 to buy, but had much more sentimental value.
I went into various jewellers in NA and was either quoted £60 or told that it could not be done.
Went into Silver Lion, they quoted me £15! They were professional, polite and very friendly and helpful. I was told it could take a week and not 2 hours later I received a call telling me it was ready.
Fantastic craftsmanship, you can not even tell my ring has been resized!
I am beyond happy and will definitely be back for any future jewelry fixtures.

Went today with my son to find out if they could fix the clasp on his silver chain. The experience was outstanding- massively impressed with the staff and they fixed the clasp for free! We noticed they have loads of quality silver jewellery at fair prices. We felt extremely happy and will come back from Spain at Christmas for all our presents! Thanks a million! Lisa and Jack

I can't rate this place highly enough. I went in a few weeks ago as I needed to get my late husband's wedding ring altered to fit our son. At a time of sadness the staff at Silver Lion were brilliant. They understood the sentimental value and how quickly we needed the ring to be altered. I was so pleased with them going the extra mile I went in again today to get the battery changed in my watch. There were no rip off charges, just excellent customer services & a genuine desire to help

Took my wedding ring in to be resized as slightly too big. They sorted the correct size for me and initially said I would have to wait a week which was perfectly reasonable. To my surprise I then received a call asking if I was still in town as it had been done the same day! Brilliant quality job and service. Highly recommend.

Love this independent jewellers. Have bought many items from them over the years. Very helpful, friendly and reasonably priced for the quality. A "go to" for any jewellery needs and alterations.

This is a really great independent jewellers , they sell some really individual items which my family loves and are able to do adjustments and repairs to jewellery very quickly and at a reasonable price. Overall much better experience than the chain jewellers . Staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to help with trying items with no feeling that you must buy.

Fantastic choice of silver jewellery with good value prices, would highly recommend. I’ve bought several pieces and always get compliments. Silver that never dates with timeless pieces for any occasion. Lovely staff looking forward to visiting soon.
