After a years worth of use I now feel it’s the perfect time to leave a review, the set up the lads built for me has been absolutely fantastic, had a few teething issues but that was me learning my new equipment, top of the range Honda engines & boiler system.
I traveled a couple of hours to have Arron & Fred fit my van out for me, I’d researched so many different companies before deciding on Q Washers, it’s the little things that make all the difference, got to mention the aftercare as well… always a phone call away with advice or help when needed.
If you’re looking for a bespoke build for your van then these lads definitely won’t disappoint you.
Will be back in the near future to upgrade to a 630 hopefully 🤞🏻

Arron and Damien at the Q Services team are amazing! From the moment we enquired to then purchasing our van mounted set up, the service we received and are still receiving is exceptional. Arron personally has always been at the end of the phone when we have had any hiccups with our machines. Although we are based in Kent I have no hesitation in travelling knowing these guys will know exactly which needs to be done in order to keep our machines working at their best!

Fantastic service through eBay with great communication. The product received was faultless and of great quality. The quick release on the pressure washer makes life a lot easier and pressure is maintained with no leaks. Definitely eyeing up more products with them, especially the hoses when mine perishes.

Arron was the young gent that helped me. I was after a change to a hose for my pressure washer. Arron asked what I wanted as an end result then ran me through all the possible options and prices. Then and there he made up a hose, trigger assembly and nozzles to suit. The hose is even made so if I change my washer the hose will just need a new input end then it's good to go.

Great service, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would definitely use and recommend.

The best part though was the puppy, always a good start to a day to meet a little man's best friend.

There are no words to describe how amazing these guys are, what a pleasure it is to deal with them.
I've now lost count how many times they have gone out of their way and in their own time to fix problems I've had which some have been nothing to do with pressure washers.

The advice they can give you due to the knowledge they have is incredible. I am now set up perfect with my machine mounted to my floor in the back of my van running from my tank either for reach and washing or pressure washing, also Damian thought ahead so that when I'm ready I can add the boiler to use steam and then the soft washing system as well.

Half way through Power washing the flags around my home , my power washer packed in . Called in , and within 5 minutes the fault was identified , and 40 minutes later a replacement part was fitted. Superb service , great value , and very professional .

Really good people to do business with. Damien is a genius when it comes to pressure washers. I bought a new Honda powered pressure washer and turbo devil surface cleaner back in April to start my new cleaning business and i can honestly say its a fantastic machine. The after sales customer care is also great, nothing is to much trouble for them. If your thinking getting a new machine look no further than q service you won't be disappointed.

Went up in August this year to get my equipment upgraded.
Spent the day there while they sorted it all out.
The experience that Damian & the team gave is second no none, I can’t recommend them highly enough, when you buy off the internet, you don’t always get good customer service, because to most it’s just sales & a thank you.
With Qwashers, they want to know what your buying it for & what is best for you so you can make it work better.
When I will be upgrading my equipment again or getting add on’s, Qwashers will be the first call I’ll make.

Social distancing in place. I booked in for a full service on my GX200 Honda pressure washer. Low pressure fault was resolved due to dirt in the gun lance. Very professional service and good value. I recommend this business .

I would like to start the review by saying if i had taken notice of some of the reviews this company has had i would not have travelled 240 miles and taken 4 hours to see them, but thank goodness I did. I had never met Damian or his family before meeting them the other Day. They made us feel very welcome and the great amount of knowledge, care to detail and experience was 2nd to none. It was a pleasure meeting and seeing them and we will be buying pressure washers from them in the near future. If I could give more than 5 starts i defiantly would have. Whilst shopping on line I came across Q service and decided to give them a call to ask advice about upgrading my pressure washer.
Well, let’s just say “they know their onions”
After being pointed in the right direction, I ordered a machine and decided to collect it from the store. Damian spent three hours advising me and built me a bespoke package that you couldn’t buy off the shelf.
These guys are setting the standard for others to follow.

I can’t thank Damian enough and all the team at Q Washers for the service I received.
I bought a second hand steam cleaner which after using for a few jobs developed some issues.
I rang up booked in and took over to them to have it assessed.
It needed more work than what could be done in the same day.
I agreed to leave it with them for it to be repaired.
They kept me updated though the whole process excellent communication from all the team at QWahers.
When I went to collect my machine Damian gave me loads of tips and took the time to show exactly how to use my machine to the best of its abilities.
I also bought a sandblasting attachment again Damian fully explained to me how to use it correctly.
Nothing is to much trouble for Damian and the team at QWahers.
I will certainly be back and they make the best cup of tea in Yorkshire.

Can''t thank Damian and his staff highly enough. I turned up as arranged with a problematic machine and Damian instantly and precisely diagnosed then corrected the issue.

Suffice to say I'd been sold a "lesser" performing machine than I was originally told & sold (not an ethical working practice that is it) and this was where my problems lay.

Damian quickly resolved these issues and the machine now works perfectly even if only at half the performance I was expecting it to be as per their advert (that's still live btw). Sadly for me it was bought over 2 years ago and well out of warranty or guarantee for requesting my money back through selling under false pretenses even tho it's rarely been used. "Lessons Earned are Lessons Learned" as we used to say in the Army.

The lesson I learned was not to buy from a fake money oriented shyster in Knowsley but to go direct in future to those who work with an ethical morally correct working practice and are a reputable & honourable company.

Thanks Damian and all your staff I will be back for more new equipment in the future as and when I need it.

Bought a gx390 pressure washer recently the service was brilliant . After a few emails and calls the deal was done and the van build took place . Rolled up at 8am and damian and his team got stuck in straight away . Best decision i made was contacting q services qwashers which was recommended by a driveway washer in kent . The gx390 and equipment ive bought from q services is top notch to which im very happy and gratefull for the help and advice . Thanks to damian and wendy plus all the staff that were involved with my pressure washer .

Well folks all I can say is that this company full filled my expectations to the max, despite reading some below shall we average reviews due to one reason or another. Damien the owner fully inspired my faith in that there are Genuine people out there who know what they are talking about and do just what it says on the tin.
