Customer service is bang on. We had a few parts missing first and they were delivered next day despite the current pandemic. Then my partner accidentally snapped the steering wheel whilst assembling the step2 Whisper. Called up and they delivered the part next day free of charge. Very polite company. I recommend this site highly for any products you want. My daughter is going to be one happy little girl for her first birthday! Thank you for your speedy parts delivery.

Fantastic customer Service! I called Friday on the off chance I could order for next day (Saturday) The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful and they managed to get it to me before 8am Saturday morning! The delivery driver was also lovely. I am extremely thankful for all your efforts and my Grandson had the best birthday. Thank you so much!

Ordered the Step 2 rollercoaster which was delivered within a few days. I notice a hole in the box which must have happened during transportation which led to part of the slide being cracked. I emailed Activity Toys Direct and they arranged for a replacement part to be delivered within 48hours. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

My sons were very lucky and won a giveaway with Activity Toys Direct for a Step2 Buggy (a push along ride on car). I thought we would have to wait a while for the buggy to arrive, but was pleasantly suprised that it arrived the next day!

My boys love the buggy and spend hours playing with it. The buggy encourages imaginative play, co-operation, and is a god send when you have a toddler that is between the pushchair and walking stage.

I can not fault my experience with Activity Toys Direct one bit!!! It's been a pleasure from start to finish. Customer service has been fantastic, friendly staff and delivery was so quick! The product was exactly ask described and the best quality. My boys are still enjoying the step 2 kitchen and hopefully will continue to do so for years to come.

I got the Step2 Motorbike for Christmas for my son, who was 3 a few days before. It is very easy to put together, took minutes and is very durable. It says it is from age 3 Flynn certainly does enjoy charging around on it. It's a good size for him and I think he will be having fun on it in many months to come.
It is very sturdy too, it's easy for Flynn to maintain control and keep it upright.
At the moment we are using it indoors but it's great for both indoor and outdoor use.
I would definitely recommend it.

I was lucky enough to win the Step2 Cozy Kitchen and am thrilled! It arrived super fast and my children both love it! It's ideal for pre school children and helps fuel their imagination. My 2 year old son is always cooking me something pretend to eat!

My daughter is the proud owner of a Step2 Shape Sorter and she absolutely loves it. The shape pieces are just the right size for her hands to grasp properly and are bright colours. There is a nice degree of difficulty that four of the shapes are on one side and two are on the other. I thoroughly recommend Activity Toys Direct to friends not just for their superb products but also for the great customer service they provide.

I was very lucky to receive one of the prizes in the Christmas Advert Competition, the Step 2 My Own Grill. My little grandson loves it, it is just the right size to take away with you on holiday to keep your little one entertained.

i recently got the step 2 push along buggy for my little ones to play with The delivery was really fast and the customer services was very efficient. The buggy is fantastic and my smallest child and 2 nephews have hours of fun in this well made push along toy. I would highly recommend this company and will use them for future toys as i know and trust the quality , service and fab prices :)

I first came across Activity Toys Direct while looking for a Step 2 Retro Diner for my one year old daughters birthday. Activity Toys Direct had a fantastic price and service was faultless, all arrived quickly, all the pieces were there and my one year old and five year old both love it and have hours of fun with it. I then followed Activity Toys Direct on facebook and entered a competition to win a childs motorbike, I was amazed to find I had won it and again it arrived quickly and couldn't be happier with the product or company. I was very lucky to win a Mallory Monkey toy from Activity Toys Direct during the Christmas period and my nephew was thrilled with it. It was such good quality and had several bits and pieces on it for him to play with. Two months on and he still enjoys playing with it and carrying him around in his backpack.

I have my eye of several other products of theirs to give as presents this year so I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a good quality children toy.

Yesterday I ordered a sand table that was on pre order and due in end of the week. That table has just been delivered. Amazing service and all 5 of my children (aged 2-10) are currently playing with it. Definately recommend this company and would use again! Thank you for saving my sanity 🙃

I was very fortunate to win an Animal park shape sorted from Activity Toys direct which I gifted to my Grandson, He loves the different shapes and we make all the relevant animal noises which makes him giggle. The shape sorted is a sturdy and well made and very easy to pack away and store. This has most definitely become a firm favourite

As soon as I became a Grandad a whole new world of baby and child related things suddenly opened up to me. Who knew just how many companies and products are out there? Things have changed an awful lot since I was a child and even since my Daughter was a child. One thing I have quickly identified is that safety, quality and price very greatly from place to place. This item is very well made and really gets little ones imagination going, learning whilst playing can only be a win-win! Activity Toys Direct dispatched this to me immediately and it received the next day, which was very impressive during the crazy christmas delivery season! The Step 2 Motorcycle is a fantastic product which I would highly recommend. It is well made, looks realistic and performs well. It is easy to balance on due to the wide wheels. Great for indoors and outdoors. My son zooms around on his all the time and loves it!

Activity Toys Direct are an awesome company to deal with. We won a 'Sand and Water' Fun Farm on their Facebook promotion and it arrived practically the very next day. As a Childminder and mother of two young children I am always looking for good quality toys for the home and garden and the children, both young and old, have all enjoyed playing with this toy so far. We have it set up in the garden. In one side they have water and on the other, instead of sand, we have filled it with compost and grass seed which they are eagerly waiting to grow so they can feed the farm animals ^_^

The toy is well constructed, bright and easy to put together and feels like it will last a long time and be well used!

The Sand & Water Transportation station is an amazing play table with an array of different activities to play with. The little train is a great idea.

It is study, well built and super robust -its one of the few toys that has lasted the duration in our household!

Delivery time was very fast and communication excellent-1 very happy customer and son!

We were lucky to win a Step 2 Push Around Buggy last year, which was perfect for my son who was 2. He didn't have any sort of ride on and was thrilled with his new "car". The lift up bonnet proved a big hit with him and he was always putting little things in and out of it. For me I was so impressed by how easy it was to push along, far easier than any other type of push along toddler trike I'd tried. In fact it was easier than a pushchair - just a shame I couldn't take it around town and put my shopping in it!! lol
Although a little noisy due to the plastic wheels, it glided along pavements with ease and I love the look of his little face as he sits with his hands on the steering wheel. We loved this buggy and would definitely recommend it.
