Screwfix Inverness

What I like about Screwfix is you can check to see if they have what you want, reserve it, turn up, and then buy it. The service is very quick with usually no wait at all. You can turn up and if your item is not in stock, they can usually get it delivered the next day. There is parking outside and for me it is all very straightforward.

Huge thanks to the staff here that went out of their way to speed up a click and collect order for us, enabled us to get a job done for family before going back south, much appreciated 👍

An excellent company in all respects. Fantastic stock, wonderful customer service and prices that are hard to beat. Does make you wonder why B&Q is so expensive compared to Screwfix when they are owned by the same parent company. You will have to search very hard to beat Screwfix.

Just returned home with a lovely new Werner stepladder. Very nice quality and received excellent friendly service from Sheila at my local Inverness branch . She willingly pulled out two stepladders so that I could make a choice. First class service!

No nonsense trade/public hardware store with friendly and polite staff and a huge range of products.

Similar setup to stores like Argos whereby you provide a product number and they will collect and deliver it to the counter for you to take away.

If I had to find a fault it would be their car park. This is only a minor issue but it can be difficult for larger vehicles (vans) to get in and out of spaces when it's busy.

Reasonable prices and a simple, drama free shipping experience.

Very helpful staff especially "Sheila" all round good value and plenty stock,(if out of stock usually there within a day or so) would recommend here before b&q although its a b&q owned store lol. Opening times are excellent too.
