Went above and beyond to help my daughter out, the dentist proscribed some tablets which they don't do so the pharmacist went over to the dentist to sort out her prescription. What great customer service is that! 🙂..They were all lovely and very helpful. Would high recommend this pharmacy 100%.

Local friendly staff provide great customer service with a smile. Never too much trouble to help with anything. Parking on one of the adjacent free village car parks.

Unfortunately the staff seem to pay more attention to their shelf stacking rather than serving customers. Hope this was just a one off and has been rectified ... but not sure it has!

It is what it is. Standard shop

There's something fundamentally broken in how they deal with stuff. They can’t navigate simple problems.
They have a good selection of general non prescription stuff though.

Don't know whats wrong with the staff lately they just want to hover round the pharmacist n leave the shop to get full

I had my medication collected by another person that definitely wasn’t me. I spoke to someone this morning it was first a lady and she said ‘ I can’t hear you speak to pharmacist’ then the pharmacists proceeded to take over the conversation and asked for my name but he couldn’t hear anything when I went to spell my name. He kept getting all the letters wrong. He proceeded to say he can’t find me on the system…. I think staff are rude and disrespectful. I’m not surprised other people are leaving bad reviews. I hope the person that did get my medication did not use it.

I’ve tried to phone 63 times this week. Not once has anyone answered the phone.
