We've been with Charles Cox for over 6 months now and they've been great. There have been some serious issues to sort out such as a roof flooding into the building and Kirsty who looks after our building has been super helpful in resolving everything quickly and to a high standard. Very pleased to have them as our building management company.

The company has a great team working ethos which is actively encouraged and promoted by the leadership team. Diverse and experienced staff work together to deliver a quality service to clients. The service provided is regularly delivered under pressured situations but always with professionalism. Property management can be a difficult job at times for staff with unrealistic expectations often placed on them by clients and contractors. This teams’ efforts to manage these expectations to provide resolutions to building issues is inspiring.

We have been working with Charles Cox Property Mgt for some years and can recommend highly. Id also like to highlight that Laura, who joined the company more recently, has been amazing. She is always responsive, informative and approachable- a real asset to the company.

Laura has been manager of the block of which I am a joint director of the leaseholders' association for just over a year. Laura quickly grasped the essential details and issues concerning the block and engaged very pleasantly but professionally with the directors. She is timely in keeping us informed of matters requiring our attention and ensures that work undertaken is cost effective and completed promptly. We are glad that Laura is manager for the block and look confidentially forward to our future working with her.

James who manages my flat for me is one of a kind. I am so glad I moved my flat over from a well known Estate agent to Charles Cox, there personal and tailored approach plus always being available whenever I need advice, support or reassurance surprises me every time.
