I have used Paul and his small team to rent out a property I have in Newhaven. I’ve come across many letting agents in my time but I have found everyone at Meeching’s to be courteous, knowledgeable, helpful (especially when tradespeople are needed to fix something at the property) and competitively priced. What else could you possibly need or want. I will continue to use them. My current tenant has used them for several years and says the same.

We also use Meechings to manage one of our buy-to-let properties and have been delighted with the service. The rent is always paid to us on time, and they always keep us informed of any maintenance issues, etc that come up. The flat has been fully tenanted since Meechings took over the management - they carry out regular checks on the tenants and the flat and our impression is that they also build good relationships with the tenants - one of trust and respect - which we feel is very important as this helps the tenancy to run smoothly. So helpful but you have to be quick on the properties on offer they are never around for long which just goes to show how good they are.

Spoke to one older gentleman inside. Didn't have any stock matching my needs so not useful for me right now. Polite but not overly enthusiastic.

Could improve
