By far the best estate agency I have ever interacted with. They go above and beyond to provide a personalised service. They really get to know you and help find you the right home, as well as providing an amazing service and support throughout the whole buying and selling period. They have rethought how Estate agency works and made it into the service it should be. Cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing help with the team from South Coast Residential expecially from Ben who helped be through the process from start to finish for my new home. Everyone has been so helpful Ben,Tom and Liz nothing is ever a problem for the team.

Having dealt with multiple estate agents over 2 months, the South Coast Residential Agent is certainly one of the better ones.

We have been in the house for 3 weeks now and it's awesome and comfortable.

Amazing service! Liz was absolutely fantastic helping us to sell my fathers flat. Always felt like she was on it chasing everyone that needed chasing.
We had the flat on the market with a different estate agent for 5 months with no luck and only two viewings, then decided to change and we got loads of viewings straight away and offers on the flat within a month or so of being with south coast.

South coast residential; especially Tom, have been great while they have been my estate agent, they have always been really responsive and taken time to explain things to me. They have been approachable and demonstrated great communication throughout. Genuinely changed my mind that there are good estate agents out there and I have had lots of experience with a variety!

It may sound superficial but initial impression through their modern and incredibly well established premises meant a lot to us. It showed they take care in how they presents themselves . Prior to Southcoast residential taking over the property, getting through to my landlord was impossible and always a lengthy process to get any issues resolved. Since taking on the property, Ben and Tom have made the process seamless and all my issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Friendly, professional, approachable, agile, although still in its infancy, a trusted business I would highly recommend.

We have just bought a lovely property in Newhaven through South Coast Residential. Liz Waller managed the sale and was always friendly and professional. At one stage there was a worrying delay in achieving the signing of a deed, and when I explained this to her she was extremely helpful in moving things along with the seller and solicitors. The whole team were excellent and I would recommend them.

We were blessed and had Lizzie with us from viewing the house through to completion. I’m not sure we could of done this without her, she worked so hard and is such a credit to the team. Lizzie was always chasing things up, making calls, pushing for answers.. we really wouldn’t of wanted anyone else helping us through this process. We can highly recommend this company. From the first meeting with Ben until the exchange of contracts overseen by Liz we have been very impressed. Once a buyer had been found ( within two weeks) Liz managed the whole process, liaising with solicitors, managing agents and the buyer, keeping us updated at all times. The communication was first rate.
