Whisk Cafe

Having walked past the Whisk Cafe several times this was our first time inside. We loved it and will definitely be back. great atmosphere ane we thought the kids play area was enchanting. Highly recommended

Awesome little breakfast place with an amazing staff. Absolute must stop when you are in Inverness. And be warned, the hearty breakfast is a lot of food! Great chai latte, and the French Toast is fantastic!

Great coffee shop. Had hot chocolate with cream and mallows which tasted great. The carrot cake was moist and tasty and the cheese scone tasted really fresh. Staff were friendly and greeted us straight away on entering.

We were only in Inverness twice but both times we stopped off for a drink here at Whisk Away and the service was brilliant, the milk shakes stunning, the cakes were huge and the coffee was perfect. We loved this place.

My daughter couldn’t decide between two milkshake flavours so they made her a half and half.

The service was stunning. Don’t miss it if you’re ever in the Highlands

We went into Whisk Cafe this morning with our puppy Sylvie, the staff were so welcoming and kind to us. Wish I caught the ladies names!

Our food was fantastic and they even made some sausages for Sylvie which she loved!!

What can we say, the food was amazing and so tasty, the staff were lovely and very efficient, made u feel welcome. We didn't have to wait long for our food and its all home cooked n delicious. The level of cleanliness is top notch no complaints there. Would fully recommend a visit here as you won't be disappointed, great quality and very affordable. We will definitely be back

We used Whisk Away as an outside catering service on very short notice and they provided great food at an excellent price. Friendly, well organised service and excellent menu choices considering they organised for us in less than 24 hours after another group let us down for an event. I would happily use them again and strongly recommend Nyomi and the team.

Really lovely takeaway service as I was briskly making my train departure time. I was recommended the beetroot latte and personally *really* enjoyed it. The more anti-inflammatory foods, the better! Thank you, putting on list to definitely return when I come back to Inverness.

Absolute excellent service - provided last second catering for over 60 people at an exceptionally good price. Food was lovely!

I only had a fantastic experience at whisk away. Not only were the staff super friendly, but my full Scottish breakfast was delightful. It eased a hungover head and went down like a treat. Food 10/10. Then I stupidly forgot my headphones at the café and was leaving Inverness that day. They kindly retrieved them and returned them to me free of charge! Good people like these do not come round often, but they're certainly at whisk away. Could not recommend this place more!!!

Six stars for excellent customer service far beyond expectations and five stars for the coffee. I've not eaten there yet, but I'll update this review as soon as I have had the chance.

I loved this place for breakfast. It was not crowded, the food was fantastic (I got avocado toast and poached eggs) and the woman who works here is so friendly.

Highly recommend. With so many options to choose from and lots of options for different dietary requirements. A very large selection of drinks, both cold and hot and so many fresh bakes too. I had the smashed avocado on toast with poached eggs and my brother had a quesadilla which he really enjoyed. Service was so lovely, the lady who owns the café and the two kitchen Staff, Abby and Shayne were so friendly and chatty - Genuinely interested in their customer. Will definitely be returning

Lovely coffee, cakes and food. Super child friendly. My toddler was very upset to leave so we went twice. Staff very friendly and very eco conscious.
This will now be our Inverness go to when we come to visit.

It is a beautiful shop and the staff was so kind. They even made some great tea recommendations. If you are here, this place is a MUST SEE!!!

Had a full breakfast here and it was outstanding, well cooked and generous portion. What struck me was no cheap ingredients, butchers meat all the way. Excellent breakfast and I would recommend to everyone, service was with a smile and very attentive, good vibe just a lovely place to chill and have a bite to eat. Also worth mentioning that there was another table that had a spillage with their young child and the girl behind till (owner I think) could not do enough to help and put them at ease.

Local gifts to buy as well and looks very well kitted out for children.

All in all highly recommended and an absolute gem of a find. (Didn't have a cake as was early but they look incredible)

Great lentil soup! Calm, hospitable atmosphere. Really like the flat white coffee. Stayed open a few more minutes past closing so we could get a bite to eat.
