Definitely a great place to call in for a good lunch or afternoon tea, and then visit the butcher's counter for some decent meat.

This is one of my favourite places to go for coffee and a scone after work!
Wendy in the restaurant/coffee shop reception is a perfect front of house person.
She always is very friendly and makes us feel really welcome.

Amazing little place! Popped in on the way back from Alton towers. There is lots of lovely gifts and a wide selection of foods.
We had cake and coffee in the cafe, the staff were really friendly and service was quick! The cakes were amazing!!!

5 star top quality farm shop and cafe selling high class produce. Has butcher and gift shop too. Also has an outdoor area which is served by the cafe and an ice cream shop. Thoroughly recommended.

Can get busy though and the car park can therefore be full.

Cracking little shop, Butchers, bakery and country store with loads of speciality products like beers, spirits wines and food. Little cafe, farm, with indoor and outdoor seating. Free parking but it does get busy at times as there is an hour or 2 if you want a day trip experience.

Friendly staff and various local farm foods! Katie was very helpful, from answering my phone call to introducing and wrapping six beautiful hampers for me in shop, I had brilliant shopping experience here and will definitely visit again!

Absolutely fabulous place and products. Food is amazing but be prepared for a shock at the till. You get what you pay for though, it's really good.

Came here for lunch. Very nice meal. Excellent quality. Prices are reasonable and certainly value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Went on a Thursday at midday and the place was busy but enough capacity to cater for all there. Don't come expecting a cheap meal out of the freezer, the food is of an excellent quality.

Very impressive pit stop to have mid morning cakes, scones, wraps etc on our 230mile bike ride. Generous portions, excellent service and enough staff to make everything run smoothly. Outside garden seating under the tents are lovely.
Incidentally it's a far better shop than at Chatsworth House. Better range, quality and service. We'll done

We rather liked this place, indeed I am not sure what there is to dislike about it. Yes, some of the prices are a bit steep but you don't have to buy. There's a bit to see which should keep you occupied for an hour or so. There's a pleasant cafe and our lunch overall was very good although the service was a bit slow and my warm beef roll could have done with just a little bit of gravy.
The lemon cheesecake made up for it though.
I was pleased that they have an outdoor cabin for anyone wishing to dine and take their dog.

A good well stocked farm shop selling local produce, cafe offers a good choice of light snacks and main meals, the upper level also has a vast range of xmas decorations and xmas novelties.

Yum yum.
We own 2 dogs and can sit outside with them at the back
Burger for one of us,quiche for me and a cheese and leek tart. Lovely millionaires shortbread and rocky road for pud.
Went back the next day and had smaller bites but still as tasty.
Staff are so friendly and polite and they even do frozen yoghurt for the dogs.
We'd go every day if we could.
Well worth a visit
