Really nice place to chill out for a while, plenty of seating and pretty quick service. Coffee is from a machine but is tasty and hot. Nice range of cakes and staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. We'll worth a stop if you need a coffee break. They serve Costa coffee.

If it's a cold day this is a great place to go order a coffee and warm up. It's not just coffee they do, they do tea, hot chocolate and cakes. They do not add milk or sugar and there is a station where you can add it yourself what I think is a good idea. It is located on tower street near cbeebies land and is a great place to go if your feeling cold or a bit peckish. It also has indoor seating if you want to have a sit after walking all day.

Friendly staff and lovely choice of cake and drinks. Coffee was nice and so were the smoothies. Didnt have to queue for long and plenty of seats available. Perfect place to chill while waiting for the rain to stop.

Costa coffee right near the entrance, we had to leave at 3 so grabbed a coffee for the drive home, at that time no queue, ordered, received latte, happy customer😀
I can imagine big queues first thing and at kicking out time

A decent cup of Costa Coffee. I should have bought the refill cup though as it would have been cheaper in the long run. Nice comfortable seats though before starting the long trek around the theme park.

Really enjoyed my just cheese sandwich only thing it was quite expensive if I'm in alton towers again I will go back there.
