Jeremy (the owner) was really helpful with tubeless tyre seating issue and didn't charge a penny. Also mentioned a potential recall issue completely distinct from the above problem which demonstrates an overarching care for the customer.

As I was cycling from Belgium to Dublin I passed by the shop willing to buy new braking pads. The owner was quick, very helpfull and kind! Eventually he restored my whole braking system without asking much! Cheers and thank you! Always nice to meet people like him on your road!

I cannot speak too highly of Thame cycles. They are Incredibly helpful, supportive and generous. I am an 80 year old cyclist, absolutely delighted with my Wisper 806 foldable electric bike. I am unable to walk more than 100 metres, so having such a wonderful machine that takes me everywhere I need to go, and gets me to appointments on time is bliss. I also take it on holiday, this year to Cornwall and North Yorkshire where hills would have been hell on my pushbike. I can just pop it into the boot of my small car!

Fantastic customer service. I recently bought a new bike for my son (not from Thame Cycles) but needed help setting-up the front brakes. Took it along to Thame Cycles and they helped with the brakes and spent a good 10 mins making sure everything else was set up correctly. This was also despite the shop being busy at the time. Five star review. Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my boy's bike which I couldn't resolve. I took it into Thame Cycles to ask them to look at the issue and they had it resolved within a few minutes. I was fully prepared to pay for their services but they said there would be no charge. Very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them. Thank you.

Fantastic service and very friendly help and support. I came in to change my wheel and I was more than ready to leave the bike and pick it up another time as it was a Sunday. Jeremy fixed it there and then despite having a mountain of repairs to do. Thank you so much. Great shop and worth a visit.

These guys could not be more helpful.....If you are like me and totally useless fixing anything mechanical then this is the place to take your bike. Sold me the right part, no pushy sales strategy. I then tried to take the part home and fix myself....fail. Simply took the item in question back to the shop and they sorted it in no time. No extra charge. ***** service all round

A wonderful little store with a surprisingly wide stock of spares and accessories. This was my first visit but I was delighted with the speedy and friendly service, which resolved my problem in no time at all. Highly recommended.

I went in to Thame Cycles on the off chance they could change my brake blocks; they not only did that, but also gave the bike a complete service, and after checking with me that I was quite happy, changed several parts. Not only is my bike like new, but they also delivered it back for me. I am very impressed with work done, price I paid and their friendliness. I'd recommend them to anyone.
