Good store. Shelves are generally well stocked. Don't always get your points add on products that say you will get points on on the shop floor!!!

Not my regular supermarket. Often shop here on occasions and always enjoy shopping here more than other supermarkets. It has a nice warm comfortable and inviting feel. Their pasties and pastas are awesome. Not to mention slot of their own branded foods. The cafe is a real disappointment. The food is low quality, the way it's cooked too. I guess not all supermarket cafes can thrive but at least offer us quality like you have in store.

Easy to park. Food is good quality mostly with long expiration dates. Well stocked- never had an issue. Love the fish & butcher counters, as well as the pizza counter. Staff are always friendly.

Richard, the manager, was so kind and helpful when I was desperately looking for sweets for the trick or treaters on Halloween. Brilliant customer service 🤩. The visiting kids left very happy with their Haribos 🧙🏻‍♀!!

Fairly decent size store, has a lot of variety of products. Good price reductions on the food at the end of the day. Petrol is at a good price too. Overall would recommend.

*Edit* good refurb, but.... Hate the speed bumps, hate the 2hr max stay so we're shopping here less, using the cafe less and looking forward to coming here less. Shame. (PS speeding seemed never an issue, apart from pulling out of the petrol station turning towards the store which hasn't been addressed. Wider parking spaces a *big* improvement, shame the Draconian changes have spoilt the experience terminally... Who do I claim compensation for busted suspension I needed to replace both at Ashcroft's last week??)
*Edit* Feb 2019, no sign of enforcing the parking restrictions, odd.

Lots of fresh items made in store .. very good

Good supermarket in Welwyn Garden City, lots of good fresh produce and a deli,bakery etc unlike some other well known supermarkets, easy parking and a petrol station on site

Had a problem with Morrison's More card. We had an offer of 20% off our shop. Unfortunately it was not deducted from our bill.
We went to the help desk where a supervisor tried to contact the head office for advice. She said that it would take them 25 minutes to answer her call.
She went into action, we had to rescan the shopping, it was a large amount of shopping. She gave us our refund and then put the items through the till again and manually deducted the 20%. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Morrison's should consider themselves lucky to have such efficient and pleasant staff working for them.

Great staff shame about the till which always causes issues if you need to not go with a set menu item

Staff member named Jade went above and beyond to help me today, despite that she was whizzing around packing orders. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Such a pleasant staff member. I will be back. Thanks Jade x

Morrisons is my go-to store for a big shop. Fill up your larder and freezer with essentials at reasonable prices. I have found that there is no difference in quality of Morrisons brand items and popular brands. I just love shopping at Morrisons!

Large store, with a large carpark, away from the town center the shelves are always well stocked , and the fresh cut flowers are very good quality,and friendly staff this store also has a petrol station on site

The store was clean and well stocked. The staff I spoke to and who I saw speaking to others were very polite too. Great job.

The only supermarket I have found in this area that has a delicatessen, went to another supermarket, asked an employee, didn't know what one was

Love Morrisons breakfasts good value and very well presented - the BEST !
I love the way the beans are in a separate pot and everything was hot too - credit to the team for service and delivery. I also love the fact that they use the NCR EPOS solutions as I have worked for NCR in the past !

Great shop with a great range of products

Staff very helpful. Walked with me to show me where things were as I don't regularly shop there as too far away. (Reminded me of Waitrose, alas now closed in Hertford.)Only store in vicinity with a fresh fish counter. (Lady there went out of her way to help me.)
