Premier Inn Welwyn Garden City hotel

All the staff were helpful and thoughtful. We had a wedding to go to at 1pm and the lovely lady said we need nut rush from our room and she would clean it last.
The bed was comfortable, room was very clean. Breakfast great and lovely to see families enjoying time together. Kitchen staff working hard to bring in clean bowls and plates. Everyone smiling and willing from start to finish. Thank you.

Stayed here as we were going to a wedding at Coltsfoot Country retreat. We were welcomed at reception. After the wedding we stopped at the bar for a last drink. The bar staff were lovely. Thanks to all of you for a great stay.

We have enjoyed many stays at Welwyn Garden Premier and that is down to the great staff. We would particularly like to thank your reception team, especially your receptionist on duty on Monday morning 20th November who has a vast knowledge of the area and who shares it with a twinkle in her eye and a smile on her face. We prefer to stay on the quieter Stadium side of the hotel which has the nicer view. Merry Xmas all - we'll see you next year.

Stayed here over new years, room was good, bathroom floor was bubbling and I tripped a few times but otherwise nice. The new reception remodel is nice and so are the new rooms

Clean, Tidy, Quiet, Beefeater next door for all meals, plenty of parking, quick access to A road, spent £50 all told.

5 stars without a doubt, this was a great place to stay! The real credit to this place was the super helpful and polite staff, they were on hand with everything and made me and my partner feel well looked after. The beefeater all you can eat breakfast is excellent value and delicious!

No drama with anything at all, just a great experience.

Stayed a few times now, and always great service from reception team. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Stayed for one night. The room was clean and there was a fan to help cool it if needed. Comfortable beds and there was a plug near the head of the bed (only one on our trip). Be advised, the tubs are higher and not level with the floor, so if this will pose a problem, ask for a disability room (the tubs were the same in the 5 Premier Inns we stayed in). But we were happy with our stays! The breakfast option is great! And good, friendly service was the norm.

Nice clean hotel and ideally located with the train station closeby and supermarkets etc.

Good service, they won't let you check in earlier without paying an additional fee. Would stay here again.

Parking can be difficult to find if arriving late at night from my experience, however during the day it was fine.

Stayed here for around nine months, so really got to see the ins and outs of this place. It's a regular Premier Inn – and they're all pretty standard quality wise – but this place feels to be rather special. Most of the staff are super-friendly and helpful, and it's in a great location (close to Welwyn Garden City centre). I highly recommend this hotel.

We returned to the Premier Inn at Welwyn Garden City, having more recently had a very poor experience at the Travelodge in the town centre. The reception staff were efficient and welcoming, the standard of accommodation very good and the public areas well maintained. We did not have breakfast and therefore cannot comment on the catering aspect. We would reccommend this hotel.

The hotel was handy for a wedding that we were attending on Saturday. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the showerhead in the bathroom that they fixed within five minutes of raising the issue. We requested a bigger table for breakfast for the family guest and they organised the table very quickly. The rooms are comfortable and adequate for a good night sleep after a couple of long days travelling. All in all a very pleasant stay and good experiences. Thanks.

Excellent location for us as we needed to be rested and refreshed before heading in to London to help move our daughter out of her apartment.
Check in was friendly and smooth, with no waiting around. Our room backed on to a velodrome, great view! Decent sized room that was absolutely spotless!!
Breakfast was as advertised, all very tasty and as much as you liked!

Nothing more or less than you'd expect from a Premier Inn, smaller room than usual but clean and comfortable (although no air-conditioning which means it'll get baking hot in the summer). Our room backed onto the railway line but not bothered by the noise because they were on strike. Attached to a Beefeater restaurant which was pretty good and good for breakfast. Easy walk into town or down to the lakes.
