Asda Bridgwater Superstore

I visited Asda Bridgwater about 9.30am this morning 29/11/23 to pick up some click and collect orders. The lady that served me on the customer service desk (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!) was extremely helpful,friendly and courteous and wasn't fazed by the mountain of parcels that I had! She is a credit to your store. Please pass this feedback on to her.

We were unable to get a taxi home from shopping at asda today. A wonderful man that works there gave us a lift in his car.
There are some people out there willing to go that one step extra. Cannot thank him enough.

The trolley guy Will is a legend, always happy to help and very polite. If anyone from management see's this please recognise his efforts in some way!

Having been let down by Booker at Avonmouth, I went into Asda Bridgwater…Mid morning on a Saturday, parked right outside the door, was met by a very friendly and very attractive Lady, found what I needed super quick and went through the checkout super quick which was manned by a very friendly and professional Lady.
All in all, very happy!

It's a shame their's not a store like this near to me in Oxfordshire (RG80JA) I would have to travel some miles to find one. It was wonderful to see such a huge range of products. We could do with a store like this in Wallingford. The only choice there is Waitrose or if I venture another 5 miles a Tesco's. Waitrose is to expensive with a limited range & Tesco's is always out of stock on many items on my list (weekly). Well done Asda.

Currently lots of bargains to be had in the form of ends of ranges and winter styles!

Quite a small store but very close to town centre. Pharmacy inside too.

My mom was shopping just the other day when a customer became very difficult. He did not want to prove he had paid for his crate of Stella. He became rowdy and nasty when asked by the lovely Frank (security guard) just for proof of his purchase as it had set the alarm off.
He would not or could not show Frank proof and became more and more hostile. I don't know how Frank was able to deal with the situation so professionally and in the calm manner he did all whilst being verbally abused. The guy even started spitting at one point and Frank kept his cool.
Frank is a true asset to your store!! I held back to make sure the man didn't try attacking Frank and enjoyed having a quick chat with this lovely man. Well done Frank!!

It's great does everything I need it to

Always a great place to shop, quieter in the mornings and evening compared to the afternoon, always has plenty of items and produce in stock and wide variety of selection.

Special thanks to all the staff at Asda, Bridgwater who, in these difficult & extremely challenging times work tirelessly to ensure that local residents can put food on the table.
It can't be easy but you deliver polite, courteous & helpful service with a smile. Your employer should be proud of you. Well done.

Asda shopping all done by 09.00, easy peasy, only queue was at the till, (3 in front of me) all the shelves are stocked well, not too busy either. Well impressed, the staff always friendly and helpful, well done Asda Bridgwater. 👏👏

Very good place to shop and very conscious of people who wear face masks and people that don't wear face masks are not allowed to enter the store otherwise I found it very easy to shop especially at nighttime when there's hardly anyone else there.

Usual stocked shelves and good prices.

Strong choice for groceries and mostly helpful staff and do thier best considering the hectic atmosphere and queuing but choices and setting and prices are great and I'm so appreciative of ordering my home online shopping from here from now on as they are honest working people 😊

I have to say the service I've received from Asda is second to none lockdown was difficult enough without having to worry about shopping I have received a delivery every week by exceptionally polite and efficient drivers rarely has there been anything missing thank you very much x

Is the best shop ever but the only problem is the bottles of prime howu can only get free
