It's a nice place to visit for a day out. Covers quite a good area with avenues leading from the central area. There are some bargains there, it would pay to do research first if looking for something specific.

Lovely clean and well laid out shopping centre. A vest array of shops and restaurants that cater for the majority of needs. Spotless throughout with clean toilets too. Highly recommended.

Lovely attentive staff who were very knowledgeable and happy too help.
Lots and lots and lots of shoes of all styles to choose from.
Can be a little expensive but the quality shows through.
My daughter is very happy with her " shooooos " as she calls them .

Excellent experience. We booked a fit and measure appointment and the lady who helped us was wonderful, knowledgeable and patient as we tried on multiple different shoes to find the right ones for me 13 and 14 year old.

Got Granddaughter first pair of shoes. Assistant fantastic and very helpful. Good quality and price too.

They are good and durable brands. Specially for kids, I bought sketchers school shoes on £42 pound which didn't even last for a term and then bought clark shoes its been a year she is still wearing it.

Wide variety of shoes to choose from. Staff are very helpful. Especially the staff member Jessica. She was extremely helpful. Made my visit with the kids a breeze.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to two ladies at Clarks village outlet store today. My 3 year old was having a complete melt down refused to try on any shoes, it was very busy and noisy and he doesn't like change. I went and asked the lady with the clip board giving out numbers for fittings (she had short hair with little ponytail blondy light coloured hair) she went and got her colleague (I think Molly dark curly hair) and then went and got box of some sensory toys to distract him. Molly (I think) took us to quieter part of the store and was really calm and patient with him waiting for him to come around to trying on some shoes! I am really grateful he loves his new shoes has come home and shown us all how fast he can run in them, and I am really sorry for not learning your names! I went back to say thank you to lady with clip board but she had swapped with someone else. Very much appreciated for all your help

You can find, on average, whatever you're looking for in Clarks Village. 😊 If not, the High Street is right around the corner. 😉

Rather expensive but the range of shops were impressive.

Extremely helpful and rather brilliant service. I came from far becouse of the large choice the Clarks offer. The journey was worth every hassle. The staff was very helpful and spared no effort helping my little daughter find shoes that fits over her new splints. These costed me cheaper than in the city.

Well laid out discount shopping experience.. lots of shops - large play area - excellent garden area + plants - lots of car parking spaces and disabled parking spaces available…toilets were spotless and comfortable disabled toilets available…full disability access throughout…gets busy!!!!

Very good very clean good choice of shops (no paper mill shop any more 😭😭) love all the chocolate shops obvs and absolutely love that there a no water machine at the entrance to refill your bottle very environmentally conscious well done Clark's

Good id you need shoes. Most people want shoes. Clark's shoes are robust.
