Came in close to closing with a specific need and Tina helped me out and showed me exactly what I needed and I was in and out and back on my bicycle in minutes :)

I was looking for specific LED lightbulbs and couldn't locate them but received excellent assistance from an assistant. Took some time but he persevered Success! And reasonably priced

I visited this afternoon at 1pm and asked for help to access the wood I needed. A gentleman called Dom spared nothing to assist me to choose the best option for my needs and packed it into my little car for me. Thank you Dom. My visits to this branch always send me away smiling. Today was no exception. Swift, professional and proactive. :)

Staff there is super lovely and ready to help. They make the few minutes stop in the shop worthwhile.

If you are doing a project, and you are not an expert like myself, you can speak to their helping assistants. They discuss your home projects with you and guide you with the possible tools and supplies you will need. They do not over or extra sell you items that you do not need.

We went, obviously, didn't buy anything.. Why the 5 stars? Exceptionally polite and helpful .

Served by three members of the staff in different sections all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. Came away with aii my requirements. 🙂

I go often to this store. They have most of the things that we need. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They also do Click and Collect.

I like this store even though the range of equipment for sale is pretty much the same as other B&Q's. I find the store easily negotiated to the various products and the staff have always been very helpful when I needed assistance. Plenty of parking available at site but occasionally it can be problematical on exiting and attempting to rejoin the road infrastructure due to the constant A39 traffic flow across the close proximity roundabout and also having to give way to vehicles passing further into and out of the industrial estate but that does not devalue the star rating I place on this store, recommended for all DIY projects.

Put it this way.
I've been to a few B&Qs and this was the only one where firstly I was able to find a member of staff but not only that this lady came to me to see if she could help. Need I say I was astonished. So well done for the extra mile it does make a difference to a person's day even if thankyou isn't always forthcoming.

Nice well layed out store. Friendly staff. Helpful and knowledgeable of any questions you have on your next DIY project. I have bought a kitchen and a bathroom suite, on previous visits. And have lasted well, and still going strong. Sometimes you can be waiting in a queue for a while, because most of the time there is just one checkout open.

Good store and friendly staff, but they have seen fit to have fitted self service checkouts. Now I don't know about you, but I hate the things, they always go wrong for me and my yesterdays visit was no exception, it went wrong and I had to summon a member of staff to help sort it. I'm afraid having been a steady supporter of B&Q, I only go in emergences, otherwise I go to Bradfords just around the corner where you still get served the old fashion way, by a human

Walked in ., directed by member of staff. maintained safe distancing, everybody maintained safe distancing some with and without masks but all responsibly moving about. staff assistance good., got our requirements ok , weekends are very busy, shop midweek if possible . ENJOY !!

We came in today to choose a table and chairs for our daughters birthday present. She is coming tonight to collect them. But unfortunately we were only able to get the chairs as the table was out of stock. A young assistant saw how dismayed we were and went to a lot of trouble to explain that he would make sure to keep it when the new batch arrives tomorrow. We were very impressed with his helpful attitude. So thank you B&Q. Jo and Paul Wright.

If you like DIY and Gardening then this is a place to go and visit. They have stuff in there which help with DIY and gardening. If you do not like DIY or Gardening then avoid!!

Well you go there specifically, good range of DIY.. power tools are not cheap and not good brands.. but for materials great and you got it in your hands instead of wondering if the Amazon delivery drivers will turn up the next day…

Staff are a great laugh and always very professional as well. A very well stocked store (apart from environmentally friendly fly swatters) 🤣🤘😎
