Needed a battery and some nails for my nail gun, these guys customer service was brilliant. The products i bought were exactly what i needed. I also needed these products as soon as possible, especially the battery as I had a job that week. These guys got it out to me the next day. Really recommend these guys. Outstanding!

popped in on friday afternoon explained i needed my 2 paslodes servicing and needed them back as soon as possible were ready the following morning couldnt ask for better service both were in need of missing bolts knackered parts would highly reccomend 👍

Ordered nails for my nail gun, unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones so contacted them on the day they were delivered and they were really good about it. Then the problems started, they sent me them by second class Royal mail and wanted me to send them back by 24 hour Hermes, I did so then 11 days after sending them back, they tell me I won't be getting a refund until they receive them back, as if proof of Hermes receiving them from isn't enough. RIP OFF COMPANY!

Didn't receive items or nail gun battery s been five weeks and seller won't reply to several emails and calls please don't use this company you will get nothing but trouble. No stars

i was sent the wrong goods,someone in falkirk probably has my goods. i have phoned and left a message detailing such and asked them to sort this problem out asap.this is now the second day ,phoned again still no response.this is a terrible service. gm inverness
