Superb. Cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Cridfords, extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and professional team.My 991 was beautifully prepared and has been a joy. Jonathan, Michael, Sandra, Will and Rhys are very friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The servicing is very competitive, the option of pick up/ drop off or loan car excellent.
Very minor issues have been fixed under warranty,very quickly without issue.
The experience is streets above and frankly non comparable to my experience with main dealers.
I highly recommend Cridfords.

I have just taken delivery of a very well specced and well priced Cayman S; complete with an impeccable history. I drove from Dorset to see the car and was met my a very relaxed and friendly walk through/talk through of the model generally and the car itself by Jonathan. There was zero pressure as the presentation of all cars on site speaks for itself. There is no need for a hard sell. From the moment I agreed to buy the car to its delivery communication was outstanding (and proactive). The car arrived and I am absolutely delighted with it and have the added comfort of a warranty on par with the Porsche warranty it mirrors. In my time, I have had the pleasure of owning some lovely cars from BMW to Range Rover and Aston Martin to Porsche and this experience has been the best yet. Thank you Jonathan, Michael and Sandra.

These guys are the nicest and most professional people you could possibly deal with to take care of your Porsche. They were kind and gracious enough to help a get a motorist back on the road after a puncture from a random pot hole in the local area too. I would completely trust them to give the best care for my car.

My first service outside of a Porsche main dealer. My 993 has been 100% Porsche dealer serviced since 1996. Not sure dealers understand air-cooled and costs are now extreme (220+ VAT per hour) so wanted an experienced Porsche specialist who understands air cooled/993s. Cridfords offer a professional friendly service and have a genuine love of the brand. They are recognised within PCGB community too so felt they were right for me. No regrets - very happy with their service.

I travelled down from Leicester to view a low mileage 981 Boxster S. I spoke to the dealer before travelling and was assured the car was in a good, clean condition and also offered a pick up from the train station. The car was as described, immaculate and well prepared. The sales process was smooth and there were no pushy sales tactics. I was even given a bottle of sparkling wine and Porsche mug which was a nice touch. A great company to deal with and fantastic experience overall.

I've had routine services and other adhoc work carried out at Cridfords which has always been an easy and smooth process. The whole team are always very accommodating and happy to answer any questions, with nothing being too much trouble.
