Abergavenny Post Office (Ryman)

Having visited the old Post office site and the new one in Rymans I can safely say customer service has improved immensely. Staff are generally very friendly even when the queue is long (only slight negative but not fault of staff).
The reason I have posted a review as Christy helped me with my passport application. Lovely lady.

Now they've sack blonde female, it's much better all staff are great and always enjoy a challenge of getting a large mobility scooter to back of rymans. 🤣

Excellent customer service today from Chrissy and team. I renewed my driving licence in a matter of minutes!

What absolutely fantastic service. Was served with a smile and a chat by a very lovely and extremely efficient lady.
She knew I was posting scrubs laundry bags for the NHS and even offered to pay a third of my very large bill. Highly recommend them for providing excellent service in these difficult times. Well done x

Bit of a que, and only 2 serving but they did advise me of what options I could have and did move quickly. Not a bad post office.

All very hard working now for xmas

The new staff here are coping quite well considering they were 'thrown in at the deep end'. I was posting a parcel to go Special Delivery, Next day By 4.00pm. The clerk asked me if I wanted first or second class. He wasn't too happy when I asked him to 'read my lips'. They'll eventually get there, I suppose.
