OK so here’s the rub. Why cant every business be like David Spear. Don’t know them from Adam. Visited a local business. Maybe they wanted my business but didn’t seem that keen. By the time said company had replied to my email (48 hours) I had spoken to DS, negotiated & arranged delivery (thanks Dan). Was told they would drop on Fri. Duly got a call Thu afternoon, from another super customer facing guy, saying he would be with me 8am on Fri & that is when my shiny new van arrived. The Amazon of Van sales? Good Customer Service is hard to find these days for me anyway so thank you David Spear & the Team.

Buying a new van can be a bit of a stress so David Spear seem to have sorted that by being very relaxed in the approach to the New buying experience, I had a very honest conversation with Lewis who came back to me with a reasonable deal and went on to do the exchange without a flutter, the staff were all very friendly and the entire experience was great! the Guy who tested out my Part exchange and the Girl who did all of the paperwork were Smart and totally efficient, I have to say Main Dealers could learn alot from these guys, Well worth the 250 miles to get the new Van and enjoyed the 250 Miles home (500 miles and smiles) well done all of you Jon

David Spear; a breath of fresh air and a pleasure doing business with! A massive thanks in particular to Lewis for the swift handover of my VW Caddy van which by the way is in an impeccable condition and drives fantastic.

I bought a fantastic Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian
from David Spears Commercials. From the initial enquiry to collection was absolutely brilliant.
Customer service is spot on.
I had a car to px and was given a great px price for it. On visiting the dealership my Wife and I were made to feel very welcome. Plenty of coffee.
The hand over was very smooth with no fuss.
I did have an issue with the radar camera on the truck. So I phoned the Dealership and spoke to Jason who was very helpful. He came and collected my truck.Left me a loan van. Got my truck fixed and returned it.
I live in Cornwall so it wasn’t a quick drive for the guys at David Spears.
Jason and the team are excellent.
I highly recommend this dealership. Especially if your looking for a quality vehicle.

I rented a van overnight to move house, van was quite new and very clean inside and out.
Very helpful staff helped me find my house keys which had dropped down behind the seats.
Rental price was great value for the service, will definitely come back here the next time i need a van for something.

Thanks to all staff at David Spear. Everybody was very helpful from the sales to the workshop team. Supplied a very good van at a good price, with no hassle. We saw van before they had a chance to prep it, so we went over it together, agreed what would be fixed, and all the work was completed to my satisfaction when we went back to collect it. Top service all round.

After three failed attempts to purchase an 'approved' Land Rover due to poor vehicle presentation and/or poor service process, we decided to look for a Mitsubishi as we had previously enjoyed owning one.
We found the vehicle we wanted at David Spear.
We discussed the vehicle details with Steve and Paul by telephone & email, all my questions swiftly answered.
We then left for the 5 hour round trip to visit their premises where the vehicle was very well prepared and in the condition as described on the telephone. The paperwork was already prepared, we paid then drove off in our fuelled new Mitsubishi.
