I’m sorry for forgetting your name, the lady from the receptionist who has worked there for a long time now. I know her but just cannot remember her name! I would just like to thank you for helping me yesterday as i thought I was going to collapse, came over very dizzy and you stopped to help me. ☺🥰 so thank you very much.

I've always had positive experiences with Tudorgate, they are always helpful, friendly and professional. Reception and pharmacy staff are lovely and Dr Edwards and Nurse Alison always go above and beyond. I feel very lucky to have such supportive health care support. Thank you to all the staff for dealing with us all on our bad days.

This surgery is fantastic. I had moved to the Abergavenny area and Tudor Gate was recommended to me. I have found that the GPs listen and are truly helpful. I very recently needed a lot of help and my treatment has been superb. The nurses have been kind and supportive. The reception staff always courteous and quick to offer appointments when telephoned on the day to book.

As a family of 5, we have always been able to get help when we need it. The standard of care has been superb. A great team!

Brilliant surgery with wonderful GP's & nurses. Very professional, knowledgeable, caring, kind, considerate & empathetic practice. Reception staff always very polite and willing to help and the prescribing team being fantastic. Would highly recommend this practice!

Thank you doesn’t even cover it. From the nurses, doctors and healthcare assistants at Tudor Gate Surgery. The Paramedics who responded to the call of Nana’s cardiac arrest. You were absolutely amazing I honestly don’t know how you do it. Not to forget the consultant, doctors, nurses and again HCA’s at The University Hospital of Wales (The Heath.) I’m so sorry that I can’t remember any of your names. Yesterday was a complete blur.

You worked your arses off to give my nana a chance, you made her comfortable, you treated her with respect and dignity. Myself and my family will never be able to thank you enough.

For a long time I didn’t appreciate my job, today I am proud to work for the NHS and thank you to my colleagues who’ve shown support. Thank you SO much 🙏🏼 Pearl Ethel Oliver. Our Nana was loved by everyone she come across. She was gentle, kind, loving, patient, giving and couldn’t do enough for ANYONE. I love you so so much a part of my heart has gone with you. 💜

Fabulous, every one is friendly and very helpful. They have looked after all 5 generations of my family. That's how they make me feel like I'm part of a family. Dr. Monica Chidgey is one of a kind. She goes above and beyond to help. All other Gp's are really kind and helpful if I have to see some one else. 5* are not enough for Tudor gate staff. Well done all of you for looking after me and mine for the last 40 yrs +. 😊😊

Cannot say enough good things about this SURG. has been absolutely fabulous. staff, nurses and GPs are wonderful kind people. wish all SURG. were at this high of a standard.
