Was looking for a new front door, to replace our tragically 80's monstrosity. The Three Counties website was great as i could see and design the door i wanted and then get a quote for it. The sales team was really quick to respond, and not at all pushy. A survey was easily arranged, to confirm sizes etc and the installer turned up precisely on time, was super friendly, efficient, neat and very tidy. Whole process took about 4 weeks, beginning to end, and I now have the door of my dreams! The only downside is my neighbors keep pestering me for details of who did the job. No hesitation in recommending Three Counties.

Ordered a replacement back door in composite. We went to Three Counties showroom to see the various options available and placed an order. The price was competitive and the whole process was fast and easy. There were regular helpful updates from Kate in the office. The surveyor who came to measure up was pleasant and made useful suggestions. It was then a short wait for the door to be manufactured, and Cameron came to fit the door. We were so very impressed by his great attention to detail and care in fitting this high quality door. Highly recommend Three Counties Ltd and will definitely use again.

This is the second time I have used Three Counties , a few years later and in a different house this time. It’s great to see the quality of the windows and workmanship have remained 5*. A stress free installation from start to finish, all windows installed have transformed how our 70s style house looks and now no worries of mould as a result of the old timber framed windows. The Installers who completed our job were amazing, and I mean amazing! Hard working, extremely skilful at their trade, polite and very tidy. Each day when they left they hovered up and left the place in the best condition they could. The whole process from the initial quote , measurements and dealing with the office team before and after the installation has been a true pleasure , if only all businesses were as efficient as this. Highly recommended for anyone considering new windows or any other products they provide and I won’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you Three counties!

Really impressed with the efficiency of supply and installation of 6 new windows. Getting the initial quote was a really easy and a no-nonsense process, no extra salesmanship, he just listened to what we wanted and told us how much it would cost. A very welcome and refreshing approach compared to our other quote experiences from other companies.

The quote itself was very competitive and the process was seamless from accepting the quote, to having the survey done, to the installation taking place, all within the space of about 5 weeks. Installation was completed in a day so there was minimal disruption. We expected to have some making good to do post installation but this was not the case as the finish was nice and neat.

All-in-all a very good experience and highly recommended.

We used three counties based on previous customer reviews on various different sites. They give good honest advice with no hard sell, and we were kept informed and updated throughout the whole process.
I can't thank the whole team at three counties enough,especially the fitters Ron and Liam who did a fantastic job and were very tidy and polite.
I'd highly recommend anyone looking for new windows and doors to give them a try.

Really thrilled with our two new windows and back door installed by three counties in February this year. They were done very efficiently and the chaps installing them were very polite and cheery.

The windows and doors themselves are a joy to open and close, no teething issues at all.

The process was incredibly smooth and reassuring. From initial meeting to measuring up, the contact was very quick and much more responsive than any other window company we’ve dealt with. No hidden stuff, just straightforward honesty. Even when a slight error was made along the way, the initial measurer rang to check the detail he thought was amiss and indeed he was right to check or it would have gone ahead incorrect. Proper customer service right there.

This was our second time using three counties and we are sure to be back as we gradually upgrade the windows on our new home.

We are very careful over who we have in to update our home as these things are costly and important for safety, warmth and aesthetics and we were more than happy and confident in choosing three counties once again.

Excellent! Our old Victorian sash windows were beautiful but incredibly draughty and getting beyond maintenance. We are obliged to keep the exterior of our property as 'in keeping' with the original as possible and the double glazed Masterframe heritage sash windows that Three Counties recommended look great, complete with curved window tops and lambs-tongue detailing. They work smoothly. The difference in heat retention and noise reduction was was immediately obvious.
Three Counties were helpful, nice to deal with and excellent value compared to certain big-name companies who quoted for the job. The installation was trouble-free and the team did everything to minimise mess. Highly recommended.

I shopped around and three counties came in at the most reasonably priced, and I used the buy now pay later option. Really happy with my new door and window, which were both fitted in one afternoon. The customer service was very good throughout and everything went smoothly.

Absolutely amazing job done on our replacement glass panel on our front door!! Steph from the office was quick to Arrange everything from measuring the window to ordering and fitting. Amazing customer service, fast response and quote for very reasonable price! The measurements were taken, glass was ordered and booked in for fitting incredibly quick the fitter was very professional and took great care with our home. Cannot thank you enough it looks amazing!

Impressive customer service from three counties from the admin team to the fitters. Very happy with our new French doors and window repair. The communication was spot on, timing impeccable and workmanship/respect for our home and ourselves was fantastic. We were able to get a quote, measure up, and do the fitting all within a month, much quicker than we thought. We were told that help would be provided should any aftercare be needed too which is reassuring given it was a big purchase for us.

Won’t hesitate to trust them with the rest of our windows in the future. They also offer the relevant documentation without a struggle - like we’ve had in the past to get it from others…
We had a window replaced with another company last year in our old home with a horrible and upsetting experience but Three Counties were a breath of fresh air. Needless to say - complete relief and everything we wanted the last company to be. So nice to have a ‘thank goodness we chose them’ feeling instead the opposite.

As reference to any low reviews which we didn’t even see prior to booking - don’t understand whatsoever. We have pretty high standards. Their price wasn’t the lowest but it was fair and the product is good quality. Suspect some rivals are trying to do them an injustice seeing as many comments have very little substance … or decent grammar.

I had some windows fitted a few years ago and have recently had a problem with one of the locking mechanism failing.
I called 3 Counties, who had a base call out charge, where a lovely lady took my details, refered to my file and we agreed a date when the fitter would come out and inspect the issue.
Paul arrived bang on time and was very helpful. He checked the window, confirmsd the issue and promptly fixed it there and then with a replacement part he had on board his van.
He was polite and knowledgable. Very efficient.

From initial enquiry to install it was exceptional. The quotation was easy with no hard sell. The install date was quicker than advised and the install team Nick and Gary were superb with a great eye for detail and superb banter. I will use these people again when it's time for new doors. Full 3 bed house install done in a day and a half.

I shopped around for quite a few quotes, there are so many companies which enable you to order a door online but I found Three Counties to be competitively priced and I really wanted peace of mind of ordering from a company who actually have a showroom/office which serves Berkshire and other surrounding areas. Having said that I managed to choose my door and select exactly what I wanted online, without having to go to the showroom!

From the initial stage of meeting one of the sales consultants, Nick, I was happy that he was really pleasant and eager to help and meet my needs without using a load of sales jargon or any imposing sales pitch which a traditional sales man often has! He was just very down to earth, straight forward and knowledgeable.

He showed great patience and willingness to help me choose the door I wanted and within my budget, despite my querying several options. My meeting with Nick was then followed by a quick survey to confirm measurements.

Installation took place by 2 workmen, friendly and professional who did a good job which was completed in one afternoon. I did have a couple of minor issues but the customer service team dealt with these very swiftly. It was great to be able to reach someone on the other end of the phone who was friendly to talk to and keen to resolve my queries.

I rarely post reviews but felt in this case I was happy to due to my overall experience. A big thank you to all those I dealt with, I am really pleased with the finish product, so much so that I am now in the process of getting my dad to order a new door with Three Counties.

I had new windows fitted and they look amazing, make such a difference. House is much warmer and soundproof! Staff were very professional, done the job so quickly and cleaned up after. Would definitely recommend.
