Ennis Caravans... Well what can I say? What a fantastic team they have at Ennis Caravans. My Caravan went for repair after a heater fault to a nearby caravan repairer. After six months of it being there and the fault not being rectified, I’d had enough of being palmed off, so I collected the van and took it to Sean and his team at Ennis. I dropped the van here and less than a week later the caravan was ready to collect. I CANNOT thank Sean and his team enough for the work he’s done on the van. Such a high level of professionalism throughout and I was always being kept up to date. I would certainly recommend the guys here. Phil & Ciran thank you both for the work that you did. We had a breakdown on the A48 Carmarthen and were taken to Ennis Caravans. We couldn't have wished to have been taken to a better place. Everyone was extremely helpful, cups of tea and coffee were given, use of the office for phone calls and help with all the worrying factors of insurance claims, where to stay and how to get home. Our motorhome is now with them whilst we wait for the insurance company to assess the damage. Once completed I have no doubt they will do an excellent job of repair

This is my first purchase from Ennis caravans, I have to say this is the best caravan dealer I have had the pleasure to do business with. I have been caravaning since the early 80s and have had quite a few vans bought from as far afield as Manchester. Ennis are amazing they're attentive, polite and knowledgeable. I wish I had lived in Carmarthenshire years ago all my caravans would have been Ennis caravans. Thank you so much for a great experience.

We have recently purchased a motorhome from Ennis Caravans and we cannot recomment Ennis enough! The end to end service was what can only be described as a Platinum Service. Both Shaun and Kiran were informative and supportive throughout the whole process. The handover of the Motorhome was thorough taking us thorugh every aspect of the Motorhome ensuring we went away with a good knowledge on how to use everything to inlcude, heating, fridge, cooker etc etc. We had booked a local campsite for the night of our first ownership and were given a contact number should we have any issues, its the little extras such as this you will get from Ennis, if you are looking to purchase a Touring Caravan/Motorhome from this family run business then be assured you will get great service. Booked in for service, I believe it was very thorough, I had some issues dealt with and excellent service provided. Faults located and sorted. Everything was explained. Great.

On 6th July, we picked up our new caravan from Ennis. Not one known for completing testimonials, on this occasion, it's the very least I can do. The whole experience can only be described as exceptional. The handover from Shaun (Ralf) was informative and delivered in a very professional and patient manner. The caravan was presented beautifully and as such, I have absolutely no reservations in highly recommending this friendly company to anyone who is thinking of buying a caravan. Disaster struck early summer 2023 when I had significant damage to by caravan from where a wheel had come off.

Having heard good reports, for the first time I decided to try Ennis Caravans for advice and repair. From day one, from reception, workshop and management they have been extremely helpful.

The whole team have gone out of their way to support me ensuring I could at least get some caravanning holiday whilst my caravan was bring assessed / repaired.

Excellent service from a family run business and would thoroughly recommend for a far more personable service.

Great place to visit if you are looking fir a caravan. Tina was great, but we did not find the caravan we were looking for. But we would recommend them to any one.

On hand-over of our caravan Shaun went that extra mile spending a lot of time to ensure we were comfortable and familiar with all the features of our van before we left with it even though it was an older used model.
An issue arose six months later which was remedied in their workshop happily without the slightest quibble. The issue was not only very satisfactorily repaired but the workshop went through the caravan and fixed a couple of other items that I had not even mentioned on delivery showing they go that extra mile.
Thank you to Shaun and his smiling and accommodating team, I could not recommend more highly.

Excellent customer service by the whole Ennis team. We purchased a new Casita from Tina a couple of months ago…. Yes we experienced some issues with the caravan, but this is no fault of Ennis.

All issues have now been sorted through warranty, and Ennis Caravans could not have been more helpful with resolving the problem.

Tina, Emma, Holly and all of the team at Ennis are an example of why I would only choose to buy from a family run business who care and offer fantastic service, not only at the point of sale but also afterwards.

The after sales service at Ennis is second to none. We bought the caravan 5 months ago. My husband is currently in hospital and Shaun emailed me exact details on how to drain the caravan for winter storage. He has also telephoned me to answer any questions I have. This is exactly what people want in after service. No wonder people go back to Ennis time and time again.

The fact that we chose to buy our caravan from Ennis despite us living 180 miles away is a testament to the service provided by Ennis Caravans. On our first visit to Ennis, Doug was so friendly and helpful. We had been to other dealers but they just didn’t come anywhere near the service and friendliness that we received at Ennis from Doug. When the time came to buy our caravan we knew we wanted to buy it from Ennis.

The after sales service has also been excellent. A local dealer (NOT Ennis) damaged our caravan whilst carrying out a warranty repair, which resulted in an insurance claim against their insurance. I wanted the repairs to be done at Ennis and not the dealer that did the damage. Shaun was superb throughout the process from facilitating the estimates for repairs, speaking to the insurance company to opening up on his holiday to allow us to drop off the caravan. He has kept us informed throughout the repairs and provided photographs to show progress.

We are very happy customers and thank all at Ennis for their excellent service.

Last week we had our Bailey caravan in for replacement tyres,Tyron bands and full service. From the very start of the booking process our dealings with Ennis were flawless. We were kept informed of any thing we needed to know and customer support was superb. We had various small faults fixed and have left extremely confident to start our adventure around Europe.

Called in here on a chance 10.00 Saturday morning. Dont think there is anything Lloyd doesnt know. We are only one day in to our 2 week trip in Wales and getti ng no.power to the Leisure battery. He checked the battery, all ok, power from the charger unit, all ok, fuses, all ok. Seems it's something under the bonnet from the engine. Mains is feeding the Leisure battery, so nothing we can't live around until we get home. Thanks so much Lloyd, reassuring to know what was wrong and able to carry on our holiday and sort things when we get home. Shaun&Tina Ennis run this seemingly family business. So friendly. £20 and we are bavk on the road. Great service and highly recommend if you have any problems with caravan or motorhome. We have Fiat Mooveo but I think young Lloyd would be confident with anything. Great job guys. Thank you 👍🏼
