Lidl Cross Hands store I am a regular shopper at this store. I was thrilled to hear on my visit today that Beth one of the very hard working members of staff has become Branch Manager of the store. (Well done Beth you definitely deserve the promotion.) Beth like all the Lidl staff work exceptionally hard, but always has time for the customers no matter how busy she is.

Easy to park, no queue to get in and a very quick guy on the checkout. Good prices, what's not to like

Clean and tidy store, staff were friendly and didn't rush my elderly mother while at tills.

Nearly Always have a lovely chat while checking out here, always a friendly smile! We do our regular shop weekly and so far no issues, little trolleys are brilliant to keep the little ones busy. Isles are a good size and plenty of staff on hand if you need help with anything. Only thing I wish they would move is the donuts from the entrance so I don't have to walk past them!........ 🤭

A large store with lots of variety and always very clean, like most of the stores lately several shelves were empty. I love the middle isles for of tools and knick knacks. Still the best value shop in town hands down!

Great for lat night shopping

Great staff assistance and the manager. A young lady is so friendly. We had a chat today about mulled wine and how it's now so popular. Really great service. I know she is the manager but does she really have to pull HUGE pallets of what looked like packs of Carlsberg. It looked so heavy bless her.

Nice clean and tidy. Always full of stock.

The layout was spacious with lots of room for social distancing, disability vehicles (should someone use one). Staff were plentiful, helpful and very friendly. Making the whole shopping experience a delightful one

Local great choice, ample parking.. I'm so happy we have one local to us, but always a little cautious with veg, it don't seem to last as long especially their grapes etc.. But regardless great staff and parking and public restrooms etc

Always a good selection and they did not stop you getting non essential items. Only bug bear is how fast they put the shopping through as I have arthritis in my fingers and can't keep up. Other than that, a clean and friendly place

Great availability, products at great prices! Fresh fruit and veg, bakery products and meats! Welcoming staff and spacious store! Great to see cheap products when short dated also! Great for families on a budget at these trying times!
