I tended to avoid this place simply that it was expensive! Being the Cardi that I am I hate spending money. However I have bought stuff from there on sales and I have to say the quality was good and with it. It’s the staff that make it. They are talkative and go that extra mile. They talk plain English no jargon and just being realistic as well as normal. Very local feeling !!!

Excellent restaurant we visit it every week, breakfasts are lovely, as are the staff.
Shopping at Leekes is a good experience.. you can always find someone willing to help, prices are generally OK, and they have frequent sales.

Visited in December and was dealt with by Carole in the bed department. spent time with us talking about the different mattresses. Went back today and thankfully Carole was there to take our order. Great service and looking forward to the mattress arriving.

Carol at Cross Hands was so very helpful. She gave great advice and was very friendly and professional. Looking forward to the same great customer service once our wardrobes are delivered and fitted.

Excellent service when purchasing a new suite. Delivery was before expected date and the delivery men were especially good! They set up the two sofas and removed the packaging. Very friendly, efficient service!

We bought 2sofas on Saturday.we were dealt with by Greg Lewis. He was great not pushy but very knowledgeable . Dealt with all of our questions and was a pleasure to deal with. A big asset to Leekes.

We initially went in to look at bathrooms, but wandering through the sofas one caught our eye so we sat on it. We were immediately acknowledged, and with no pushy sales talk, offered help and information by Greg. He was very helpful, told us about the offer prices, checked stock and put a package together for us as certain items were discontinued and not in stock. It was all organised very quickly and efficiently including delivery. No stress. No pushy sales talk. Just professional and pleasant customer service. Thank you Greg.

Leekes Cross Hands is always my go-to store when searching for good quality furniture.

Called in today and purchased a large sofa plus two dining chairs for an excellent price.

A big thank you to Greg, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He is a great asset to the company due to his fantastic customer service skills.

We would like to say a big thank you to Katie and Greg, 2 staff members at Leekes who went the extra mile in their customer service. Greg was our no-nonsense, yet knowledgeable salesman who would source all facts and figures for us. Katie became our main point of contact during our customer experience and journey, and was so incredibly helpful throughout, she demonstrated a clear passion and enthusiasm for her job role, which made the whole experience so much more fun and enjoyable.

Just recently bought a new carpet for our lounge and also at the same time new LVT flooring for our hallway. We were served by Paula Petley in the carpet and Flooring section and she was brilliant. Even under the pressure of waiting customers behind us, she was very professional and went through our exact requirements and order in great detail. Well done and thank you for an excellent service.

Great place, no food on when we went unfortunately, but cake and tea were lovely. Also bought a fabulous sofa. Staff friendly and helpful..

I can't praise the assistant that just served me in the paint department to highly, he colour matched the paint perfectly with the small amount of wall paper I took with me .Nothing was to much trouble .Thank you

Lovely store, I visited for the clothing department and purchased some Lovely Regatta items and was served by a knowledgeable assistant. I will be returning again as can't wait to visit the Xmas section.
