Very good place to go

Begrudgingly gave a refund for 1 week old shoes where the sole had come away at the heel. Cashier was acting above her position and proved it when she had to go and ask advice from manager. Also told if we didn't like it, we could go somewhere else. It's a shame because I liked buying my family's shoes here.

Having bought branded school shoes for my 8 year old, I was met with attitude by the cashier when they fell apart after 5 days and reluctantly changed them for new which subsequently also fell apart after 8 days,when I returned to the shop with my son in uniform the same cashier refused any refund telling me to take it up with their customer care team ..My advice shop elsewhere and to their shop assistants they most certainly require customer relations training
