Pets at Home Cross Hands

Great friendly staff from the moment we walked in. We bought some tropical fish and the girl helping us was amazing! Very knowledgeable and passionate. She clearly cares about the welfare of the fish, which is so important for anyone wishing to keep fish. Would highly recommend.

😎 l bring my Bichon here ~ straight from kennels normally, as she loves rolling in Fox do do ~ and to be fair Pets at Home grooming service do a fantastic job, especially as she has sensitive paws. I would highly recommend them. Even more so if your dog is anxious. 😎

This is SUCH an amazing store regarding the wonderful, CARING COMPASSIONATE and Knowledgeable staff. You can buy all things for your much loved pet at other stores- but sorry, my Gold Stars rare awarded to to Pets at Home Cross Hands. I have one dog that choses to go and visit them and the store rather than go to the Park!! He's a shy foster and he loves and trusts them. They have turned his life around. They helped me with another foster l had, Merlin. The staff there are AMAZING! The produce is extensive and well priced and the help they give is second to none. They are Number 1 for me! Go and experience for yourself.

Good size branch with a large selection of products.

We’ve taken our golden retriever puppy in a few times for her socialisation training and the staff are always so friendly and welcome to us and our pup.

We needed help choosing a harness and we’re given lots of advice that showed the teams experience.

The VIP app is definitely worth a sign up as it saves you a lot when you first get your pup.

The staff here are amazing they go the xtra mile really helpful and the store has usually got what I want if not will order it for you

We’ve been taking our 2 cats here for about a year. They’ve received excellent reasonably priced care. When one didn’t respond well to aesthetic they kept him in until they were happy he was well enough to come home. I couldn’t ask for better care for our cats.

If I could give 10 stars I would
Had to do an emergency dash with my dog to the pets for vets. Phoned ahead to inform them I was on my way.
The vet was waiting ready to rush my dog to theatre and the care was exceptional first class. Thanks to them my baby is on the mend. They may be a little bit dearer than a normal vet but the care and reassuring nature of all involved is world class. I would highly recommend the vets at crosshands for your animals

I love going to Pets at Home. The staff are wonderful. My sensitive, gentle boy Arthur loves going to the Groom Room for a pamper and the staff adore him which is lovely. Spoilt rotten when he goes there and always comes out overjoyed. Staff are always smiling, polite, happy, chatty and helpful. Highly Reccomend

My cat always enjoys Sheba but I tried her on a higher meat content catfood thinking it would be healthy for her! Big mistake! She would not touch it and I was left with a lot of unwanted catfood! I rang Pets At Home at Crosshands and they told me to bring it back for a refund which I did today! No quibble refund and excellent customer service I can't praise the staff enough!
I highly recommend Pets At Home A1 shop!!
