Carys at Cross Hands Discount Pram Centre was extremely helpful today. She had perfect knowledge on all the different brands, she could advise on the best pram suitable for myself and showed me how to fold the pram and change the different seats. Carys was very approachable and nothing was too much to ask. Thankyou :) x

Brilliant experience at the Cross Hands store. Called in for an initial look and were delighted to find that the pram we wanted came as a package with a car seat, and the upgrade option was for the exact one we wanted. We hadn’t planned to buy straight away but after our visit I had a few questions so dropped them an email. Had a really quick informative response and so we returned the next day to put in our order. Friendly staff, great service.

Myself and my husband visited this store about 2 months ago and it was such a lovely experience. The girls there were super helpful. They showed us how to set up each part of the Pram which I found was so much better than just ordering one online. Also a free 4D scan was such a great gift!

We looked around the Crosshands shop and were there for well over an hour looking at each pram we had an interest in. The ladies gave us space and time to browse and would demonstrate different features then leave us to play around getting to know the prams. They were amazing at their jobs. We came home with so much to think about. We wanted to see the UPPAbaby Vista and it was on display in the Cardiff store so we went to look. After another hour of our 2 older children perched in the corner on our phones (the Cardiff staff were amazing with them and us) we looked at the Icandy peach which was always our first choice, the UPPAbaby Vista 2 which we loved however we settled on the cosatto Continental in bureau. The pram itself sold us, however being able to spend that time choosing the pram without being hassled was definitely peace of mind we had made the right choice. We paid for the pram on the Monday morning, my husband asked for it to be picked up as soon as possible. We had a phone call by the Friday saying that it was in store ready for pick up. The whole experience was an absolute dream. We haven't used the free scan yet, so can't give our experience with that. But our pram is fabulous and we saved so much having the whole travel system and isofix included meant we didn't have to shop around for different bits. All in all I would highly recommend the service by the discount pram centre, even if you just want to go and have a look and get your questions answered.

Lovely service from the lady at Cross Hands. During first visit a few weeks ago she took us through a couple of different brands and explained the differences really clearly so we could make an informed decision. Returned to finalise purchase and she was able to knock another £50 off the original quote and arrange for delivery asap. Friendly, knowledgable and put my mind at ease for our first child. We made our purchase today at the Crosshands store. We had previously visited the Cardiff store so knew what pram we wanted.
The saleswoman went over everything for us again of what was included, and were shown about the ventilation sections and that it came in different colours which we didn’t know about, so it was great to have her show us everything again.
She explained everything thoroughly from the details of the pram, to when we would receive it etc.

We had no idea what we wanted or needed before arriving at the store and left incredibly happy with just what we needed. Staff were friendly, helpful and incredibly patient as they answered our many questions. The knowledge and expertise helped us to feel confident in our purchase. Would highly recommend!

The staff at the crosshands store were really helpful and helped us choose the perfect pram. We also had a 4D scan at the Nelson store. All the girls were really friendly, and it was amazing to have a peak of our baby girl ❤

Felt really at ease shopping here. The staff are very helpful and informative. Our appointment was 40 minutes long which I thought was more than enough - we didn’t realise until we got in the car that we ran a little over. At no point did we feel hurried even though the staff were rushed off their feet! The staff were very inventive demonstrating the prams and will allow you to have a go. We happily got our pram from there - at a steal of a price. Would highly recommend.

Went to the shop in Crosshands. The ladies in the shop were very helpful and polite. They went through all the options and showed us the different prams we liked when we got there. Would definitely recommend and would 100% go there again.

We visited Discount Pram Centre today and bought our pram, a Silver Cross Pioneer Travel System in Vintage Red and we are really excited about it! The ladies in the shop were so helpful and friendly, especially Vanessa who showed us how the car seat would fit in the car and how the different fittings go on and off the chassis. As complete newbies to prams/parenthood, it was lovely to have the help of the kind staff members. The shop had loads of choice and we even were given a free 4D scan with our purchase! Great experience in the Crosshands branch this morning, had a beautiful pram including all accessories at an amazing price. Both staff members were very helpful and also helped carry to my car. Very happy and would shop here again 🙂

Cannot praise this store enough! Everyone was always so helpful and informative right from the first time we went in to start looking at travel systems, to when we went back to choose ours.
They were happy to answer all of our questions and let us spend as much time as we needed trying them out and having demos.
Would definitely recommend!

Visited Discount pram centre today @ cross hands. Staff were extremely helpful and give us their time for the duration we were there. Nothing was any trouble for them and they provided us with the information we required. We left having ordered the Egg 2 for our new arrival. 😀

Absolutely great, went in and chose my travel system and got it all ordered within 10/15mins! Ladies changed all of the seating options for me and showed me how to do it myself! In love with first pram and I cannot wait to pick it up in February ready for my little man who arrives in March! Also love the fact it came with a free scan, saved me a lot of money 😁😁😁 definitely would recommend this store to others and if I have another baby!

I highly recommend this store. The staff, Maria & vanessa, were very friendly and helped us so much with our decision on the perfect pram/travel system for us. Before entering the store we had no idea about all the many different features to look for and what would work best for us. The staff were very knowledgeable, had years of experience, explained and demonstrated everything I needed to see. The service was excellent , I did not receive even a fraction of this service from other well known stores. I did look around however i returned to the crosshands discount store to purchase my travel system because of this. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again, thanks ladies!

Staff were so friendly and helpful! Visited the cross hands store twice, both times we were very pleased with the service we experienced and would recommend to anyone!

We were absolutely clueless on buying prams and the pram centre in Cross Hands could not have been more helpful. Very easy to book an appointment and they answered my questions via email promptly before the appointment.
We had a 40 minute appt but it never felt like we were being rushed, covid precautions were clear in place which put us at ease.
Dawn who helped us with our choices was very good at explaining the pros and cons of each pram and very thorough in explaining the mechanisms for dismantling the prams. Would 100% recommend
