Co-op Food - Chalfont St Peter - Market Place

During this challenging time with COVI-19 it was great to be able to come in and shop 'normally' and be so welcomed by the staff. Such a great idea to ration everything to two items as well. Plenty for everyone.
(Just need someone to disinfect the card machine!)

Convenient and centrally located supermarket. Bright, clean and well laid-out (better than when it used to be Budgens). Not the cheapest place to shop but products are reliably good quality; and there's rarely a queue at the self-service checkouts which makes it quick and efficient. One bugbear is that it's only open until 10pm so it's often already closed by the time I realise I want to buy something (cue a sprint to the Tesco petrol station on the road to St Giles, which operates till 11pm!) But apparently I'm in a minority of folk wanting to make purchases at that hour, since I'm seemingly often the sole customer on my 9:50pm visits.

I will be sad to see it go.

Good stock level most items at a fair price staff very friendly what more could you want

I actually went there early morning just the other day and the staff was really polite specially a young man named Liban he was very knowledgeable and polite keep doing the good work👍🏼
