I have to use the post office quite often and Nathan at the post office couldn’t be more helpful!

Sometimes you have to queue, but that’s normal for the post office. I’ve never had a problem.

The guy behoind the counter is extremely s--l--o--w. DO NOT go in there if you are in a hurry!

Truly appalling experience. If this is representative, no wonder the post office is going down the tubes. If this is a franchise, someone should remove their contract. Slow, rude, inefficient. I walked out and won't be back. Bring on AI!

Unfortunately you have to leave one star - it wasn't worth zero.

I'm sitting outside CSG post office waiting for it to open. A 2 mile detour to avoid using CSP. The service in CSP is so slow. The time it takes to perform even simple tasks is excruciating to watch. Whilst queueing, you feel like volunteering to help speed things up. After 20 minutes of watching this pantomime, it takes on a comedic aspect...."Just how slowly can he apply that sticker? Nope! It's slower than I thought." 🤣

No envelopes available to purchase, no pen available to write the address, no access to use some sort of a desktop for writing. Staff slow, taking 30min to sort out some money transaction issue. Terrible.

Rude staff. This is meant to be a post office but they don’t even sell the large envelopes to send a package! Guy serving was completely useless and dismissive. No wonder the Post Office is doing so badly with staff like this

Rudest owners ever I input the wrong pin number and he shouted and screamed at me saying he needs a break and tea break, and people like me should know there pin giving him too much work by inputting wrong and in front of my kids disgusting

Every customer I saw here was polite and calm, but the man working here was obnoxious and rude. Why? If you don’t like your job I’m sure someone else would happily have it instead. He really ruined my day and left me never wanting to use this post office, or any really, whenever I can help it.

I went to collect a driving licence form as demanded by DVLA . The man had incorrect information and suggested that I was computer illiterate and had to do it online, He then asked my daughter how old I was as if I had dementia.
I have never experienced such insulting behaviour. He then had the nerve to tell me to cool down when I informed him that I was capable of holding a conversation.
Last visit from me. Gerrards Cross post office is far superior.

Having experienced treatment similar to described here by others, I stopped using this service a while ago but last week I was in a hurry and was hoping I could save a couple of extra mins by not going to GX or CSG. That was a mistake. I can't stand rudeness of the person who works at the post office. I eventually had to go to GX where my (simple) request was dealt with professionally and in no time.

I echo the previous reviews regarding the absolute rudeness of the senior man working here. I cannot understand how he is still allowed to operate. Last week I witnessed him have a shouting match with another customer, the entire shop witnessed it in shock.

A place where any dream you had of an efficient postal service will instantly die.

Never open, and on the off chance they are it’s a rude and unpleasant experience. They also don’t like taking in any prepaid returns, there will definitely be a reason why they can’t accept it but I suppose the real reason is that they can’t be bothered as there’s nothing in it for them.

Staff refuse to serve saying post office closed! Chap in post office said staff should be able to help. Considering this is a public service, the service was poor.
She suggested there would be a line of customers. NO ONE else was in the shop.
Extremely disappointed by the what was poor customer service

Went in today and the girl in the shop was so rude to customers. Would never put my foot in that door again.
