Took a young friend to get school uniforms I was surprised at the prices these days I'm in my mid 80s and used to spend half my wages on kids uniforms .no grants in those days . Good quality clothes too. I was impressed 👌

Huge store for your weekly shopping. Plentiful choices and plenty of parking spaces. You can fill up petrol/Diesel while you are there.

Yes, that happened to me because of the Security in ASDA. Here is what happened on

10/06/2023, 6:48 PM: Parked the Cycle at ASDA Entrance

10/06/2023, 7:01 PM: Someone theft the cycle.

10/06/2023, 7:15 PM: Came out and realized that it is lost. Without delaying complained it to security. The security Peter immediately responded to the issue and checked all exact CC cameras and identified the thief. But of no luck identifying his face as he is fully covered in black hoodie and it’s highly impossible to get my bike back.

10/06/2023, 7:20 PM: He checked all around the surroundings entry, exit, in and out, every nook and corner. I along with him checked in all possible ways. Many People thought why am I peeping ☹. Most embarrassing moments but my only motto is to get my bike back.

10/06/2023, 8:00 PM: Gave all my details and contact to Peter before I left. I had to return home with left over helmet on my head with disappointment. It because that’s a new bike and my kids most favourite entertainment in free time to get on my bike and we would ride the world in 2mins. He will definitely be going to be upset.

10/06/2023, 10:00 PM: Got a call from “The superhero” Peter. “Kumar, we found your bike”. That’s where my whole world is full of colors because who will get the bike back in this bigger City. Peter identified the thief very cleverly and had to do a small fight as the thief denied giving it back and claimed it to be his. But finally, he did it.

11/06/2023, 10:00 AM: Me and my kid waited for the whole night to get our bike back. Early morning I went to ASDA and collected my bike. Peter also followed up with me whether I collected the bike and given all the information to take care of things. HE IS THE CHAMP. Thanks Peter. ASDA is blessed to have such a strong, caring, intelligent and clever Security.

PRIYA IN THE CLICK AND COLLECT DEPARTMENT IS THE BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE , I RECEIVED A WRONG ORDER , I EXPLAINED IT TO HER AND SHE ASKED ME POLITELY IF I COULD BRING THE THINGS AND SHE COULD ISSUE REFUND OR KEEP MY RIGHT ORDER READY. AS I WAS JUST NEARBY I BROUGHT IN THE WRONG ORDER RECEIVED AND SHE HAD MY RIGHT ORDER READY FOR COLLECTION. THANK U IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER AT FIRST BUT YOU DESERVE TO BE PRAISED FOR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.THANK U!!

A very good shopping experience

Perfect place to shop get everything what I want have penalty of stock.

I've shopped at this store many times and have found it to be clean and well stocked. Their fresh baked and prepared products meet a high standard. The fish counter, which used to stand alone was relocated to the other food counter, so now there's always some one there - a plus. There's a polish deli which serves many specialties from that country. And, I've never wanted for any ingredient when I shopped there. Being a person who likes to cook, that was critical to me. Domestic and international ingredients. The staff are about average in my experience for what you get in grocery shops. I can't say I've ever had any kind of negative experience with them. I have also used the home-delivery service out of this store which I will say was abominable, and I do not recommend it. But for anyone wishing to go into the store, I found it a good experience, and unlike the Tesco store, you don't need a pound coin to get a trolley. I say very good value for money.

My regular supermarket, prices are reasonable and a wide variety of products.
The staff are helpful and polite.
Plenty of disabled parking spaces.
Has a petrol forecourt at the back of the car park.

Just want to say how helpful the staff were today when I had a predicament over an issue with a returned product. One lady especially whose name I did not get. Thank you ASDa.

Nice superstore, good range of everything.

Every member of staff that I approached and asked where something was, left what they were doing and helped me. I found the whole experience refreshing with help at hand even to the last minute at the till when the cashier pointed out I could save money on a few offers that id missed. A big thank you to everyone that had to deal with my no sense of direction on that day!!!

Asda is good ,very big compared to other Asda I went . I liked it to shop for you get variety of things there , from clothes ,drinks , dairy ,toys, shoes , frozen veges ,fries, ice creams, cakes , bakery ,fresh fruits , vegetable, crockery , utensils , electronics etc is available
Jus everything in one place for you monthly shopping. .

Helping in every way this ASDA Store can to make everyone happy in this panic situation with fuel. Went to refill this morning and really impressed the way they have organised the queues to Petrol pump. Thanks !

I'm regular custumer here, it's great selection of food and drinks, Omar and Kashim provide great customer servise, always there if any trouble or question

It's the cheapest around my area ,some times they have staff problem on the tills but generally very good plus self service if you want
