Very rude shopkeeper, I had to collect a parcel from here and the guy just wanted me out of the shop, hope I never have to come back

Beware this store charges above national rate for postage stamps, total wrong, shame on the owner

beware they always take a chance and overcharge you at the till , hardly anything has a price on it , also lied about ups package dropoff at the Weeknd and changed their mind and took the package when I bought something , plenty more honest corner shops just further down the Farnham road

Don’t buy vapes from here, they sell fake vapes, they also overcharge on any item you pay often rounding up or adding a pound to an item, avoid

I have visited this store a couple times and on each occasion I have received very rude customer service - staff are not interested and do not speak very nicely at all.
On one occasion, I arrived at 10pm and was told to hurry up even though google and the store states 11pm closing time!
Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this store to anyone and I would advise to spend your money at an alternative convenience store.

The shop worker lied about ups drop of not working I reported them to ups who confirmed there was no issued the shop worker was so rude and basically kicked me out of the shop and said thr ups collection will be working after Christmas I will make this viral and will tell people about my honest experience with them I have so reported to trading standards for the extortionate prices so they can do a full investigation
Customers do not need to be made to feel silly or intimidated to go in to a local shop the previous owners were so much nicer it's disgusting

Over charge any chance they get and are just so rude

Rip off charges way to much and when u get to the till makes out it's more money than what it actually is always out over date stock would not ever go again recomend no one else to either disgusting place for the locals
