Lovely supermarket , friendly staff , Well stocked , nice layout , Quality food product items , great customer service , 2 hours free parking , Busy atmosphere, Staff floating around on the shop floor , good displays to buy fresh local produce 😀
Lots of self service mainly use of cards only than cash unless you walk near the conveyor belt service. Sometimes a small wait on cash tills

Alex is the most lovely delivery driver! He really went above and beyond with my delivery! Everything was delivered with care and was accurate to what I ordered, and he really made my day by giving me some lovely flowers and giving my dog a treat! I will definitely be choosing Waitrose for my deliveries in the future! :)

I can get the items I need quickly from this store. There is always staffed checkout open which is very good. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and accessible . There are customers toilets.

Great supermarket, everything you need and parking too

We went to Waitrose Supermarket, to by chocolates and biscuits to take to Buenos Aires, as we returned back from England.
The Lindt chocolates were on reduced price, and also the big variety of cookies !! The shop- lady got surprised with the quantities we took, and gave us nice big bags I took with us in our suitcases..

Great shop.. Good staff. Have a variety of items, different cousins.

Well laid out and full shelves . Good selection , prices can be high as expected but bargains can be found as well. Parking accessible . Good shopping experience.

Very well laid out shop. As you would expect a very large range of products. Parking is free, not a huge number of parking places but that is more about its location than being tight about providing space. Nice helpful and friendly staff. My first choice for shopping in Beaconsfield.

Amazing customer service - I was having a last minute issue with a wedding cake (the one we bought fell apart the day before the wedding! - it wasn't from waitrose) I was in the shop looking for lots of different cake related things. The member of staff I saw was really helpful and talked me through all of the things we would need. They didn't have one ingredient we needed in stock so as a gesture they gave us a bottle of champagne and wished us well with the wedding. Really went above and beyond - Waitrose have secured a customer for life.

Love this Waitrose! I shop here a few times a week, everyone is always helpful and friendly. Every employee I have encountered has gone out of their way to please, and that says a lot. Try to avoid Fridays in the day as it is always packed then.

it is such a great store. lovely fresh produce and there are some bargains too. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. Hygiene on trolleys and baskets superb.

Always well stocked and clean and tidy. Big choice of produce both pre packed and fresh. Compostable bags for fresh fruit and veg. Friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff.
