Brilliant experience with van hire for a house move with Knights.

A delay meant I missed my flight back to Heathrow and my Saturday van pickup. They opened on Sunday to help me out. They also let me keep the van a good part of Monday to make up for lost time.

I have used Knights twice now for a move and both times Charlie has been so accommodating, helpful and understanding. The whole team over there is great. The vans are really reasonably priced and you don't get penalised for the smallest of marks in and around the van which makes it a lot less stressful. 10/10 for customer service!

We were delighted to find Knights, they were so helpful and very flexible. We needed two large vans for a big move at short notice and all during lockdown! The most seamless vehicle rental I've ever experienced. Great van, clean, owner provided great customer service, I was actually shocked at how easy and relaxed, yet totally professional Knights were to work with. Pleasingly so. Over the last 5 years we have used Knight Van Hire on several occasions. We have never been disappointed. When you hire a van what as a customer do you want? We wanted advice, to be given genuine options as to the most suitable vehicle for our purposes and transparency as to cost and risk. Knight Van Hire provided all of this. This is a professionally run operation that gives the customer the confidence to know that they are getting what they paid for. In fact in our last hire we had an upgrade for the same price. I hired a van last week, the van was new and in great condition. Cost of hire was much cheaper than other services I've used. Cilla was extremely helpful and welcoming too and made the process so easy. Would highly recommend!

Excellent value for money and no hidden costs. Charlie was relaxed, friendly and efficient, making the vehicle hire a pleasant experience. He gave me plenty of time to check over the Mercedes van which was spotless, smooth and in perfect condition. The two side doors made life much easier, as did the free use of webbing ratchet straps. We didn't use the free onsight parking but it is a good option to have. Given the variety of vehicles available, I will use this company again.

Used Knights for my home move recently. No problems at all. Reliable, simple and reasonable priced. No hidden charges. Van sparkling clean and well looked after. They also hire have vans with auto box ( not easy to find one, believe me I looked and searched for weeks ). Excellent, friendly customer service ( thank you Charlie ). Easy online booking easy pickup. And returning is where they went above and beyond, I arrived early thinking they opened at 7.30am I needed my car and continue to work. I made 1 phonecall and was able to return van collect car and get to work on time
