West Heath Dental Practice

When I first came to West Heath I was greeted by the lovely Catherine on reception. I saw Jeanette for the most thorough clean I’ve ever had. I was then recommended to Andrew who did my orthodontic treatment which was brilliant from start to finish. Then to finish off I saw Emily who did my wonderful composite bonding for some finishing touches. Can’t recommend this practice and their staff enough.

I transferred to West Heath Dental Practice a couple of years ago and I am so pleased with the excellent care and professional service I have received. After having some really awful experiences with dentists in the past I can honestly say I trust Andrew and his team to care for me. I would (and already have)
recommend Andrew and the team. Thank you.

By far, the best dental treatment I have ever received. The staff are very kind and professional and Doctor Murphy is extremely competent. Strongly recommend!

I joined the practice during lockdown when I had an issue with a chipped tooth and couldn’t get into my local NHS dentist - Emily fitted me in straight away and nothing was too much bother! I’ve since had treatment with Emily for a Mini Smile Makeover and would totally recommend her! She is a true perfectionist and will take the time and effort to make sure you’re happy with your treatment, and does so in a very professional manner.

I would also recommend the dental practice in general, as all of the dentists I’ve seen go above and beyond to deliver a high standard of work and go the extra mile with the level of service they provide.

The whole team, from the receptionists to those carrying out the work are all a credit to the practice. 👏🏻

Today was my first visit to West heath dental practice to see the hygienist Jeanette..it was a beautiful friendly practice and the receptionist was very welcoming.
I met with Jeanette and her nurse kirstie and they were amazing and made me feel really comfortable. My teeth feel so clean!!!

I have recently moved dentist to West Heath Dental practice and I have had an appointment with Suzanne, she made me feel at ease knowing I am fearful of the dentist (Thank you Suzanne!!). I would highly recommend - I also have my Composite Veneers with Emily and she is incredible at what she does!! All of the team including the reception team are very very friendly.

I visited the hygienist Janette today, I go every three months and it's a very important part of my dental care. Janette is extremely welcoming and always happy to give advice. Janette is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a high quality service in a friendly environment.

My daughter had a 3 year treatment here for Invisalign with Andrew. I cannot recommend him enough, he did amazing work on my daughters teeth, He really made my daughter feel at ease and explained all procedures thoroughly. All the staff at the practice are very helpful especially Andrew's assistant. Thank you all

Suzanne is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I felt reassured immediately. She never did anything without communicating with me first and ensured I was comfortable with everything.
It was important to me to have a pain free experience and that’s exactly what I got. Couldn’t be happier, and it’s definitely worth the 2 hour drive!

Emily is truly amazing. I had my teeth done in January and they are better than I could’ve imagined. She really listens to you and makes you feel completely comfortable. Ive never felt so confident and my only regret is not doing it sooner! To anyone considering composites book a consultation with Emily (right now!)

My son recently completed his Invisalign treatment with West Heath Dental Practice & to say he is over the moon with his "new" teeth is an understatement.

Andrew & the team were fantastic from beginning to end & go out of their way to provide a first class professional service.

I have just finished my invisalign treatment and Andrew and the team have been amazing. The treatment has been really simple and I have been supported and walked through every step of the process. I am delighted with the final result and would happily recommend the treatment but more importantly Andrew and his team to anyone that is considering having this done.

As a very nervous patient the professional dentists here really put me and my family at ease. Very friendly staff, great with children. Very clean and hygienic surgery. From the minute you walk into reception you are made to feel welcome and special. Dr Andrew Murphy has straighted my daughters teeth and they are perfect. I am currently having gaps closed in my teeth using the Invisalign trays. Emily provides dentistry as well as Botox and facials and is very polite and gentle. Highly recommend this practice.

21 years ago I had my crooked smile transformed with porcelain veneers at this practice and it was the best thing I ever did !!
It gave me so much confidence and I had so many compliments . I moved away for a while and tried other dentist’s but was never satisfied with the treatment I received .
Recently after more time than ever expected my vaneers needed some attention, I went to a local private dentist and was quoted an extortionate price , and not even offered an appointment for months ! so I decided to call west heath dental practice again .
Straight away I was reminded of the professional and friendly service of the reception team , Mirabel, Catherine and Amy where very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and asked me to forward photos via email , after this I was offered a consultation the next day ! ,
Andrew Murphy was very professional and even offered me ‘options’ this was important to me as I am not working at the moment due to covid.
Andrew even took the time to perform an on the spot solution for one of my problems, I am so grateful for his knowledge and caring nature , I now look forward to my next appointment in a few weeks to make my smile perfect again ! .

The ladies at the front desk are welcoming, friendly and always ready to help should you need it. Jenny, the lovely dental nurse makes a great team with Dr. Ali Khan, born to be a dentist. Ali has commitment, dedication and passion for his vocation. Ali has exceptional qualities and the ability to restore faith and trust in anyone who fears the dentist. I am extremely thankful he is my dentist and I would trust Ali with my life.

We had the pleasure of using Andrew and his team for specialist dental treatment for both of my sons. These were complex cases and I would say that throughout the process the team has been brilliant, from the expert level of care through to communications with myself and my wife.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the team to anyone. The end results were amazing and its given the boys' a great deal of confidence.

Wow! I live quite far from west Heath dental practice, and traveling there is no problem because from when you walk through the door to the end of your treatment you are welcomed with the most amazing people. Emily completed composite vaneers on me and the whole process from consultation to teeth whitening them to the big transformation was 10/10 and I can not recommend this place enough.

I am a nervous patient and normally see a specialist dentist, however you do not need to at west Heath they treat you all the same and you feel so relaxed.
