A lovely M and S to walk around, good quality clothing for men women and children. The ladies Underwear is always nice and comfortable. Something for everyone of all ages. Furniture looks good quality and beds were comfy, a cafe on the top floor. Toilets and lifts available. Large food hall with lovely food and great offers.

Visited Longbridge last week to buy a sofa. I loved I could park right outside.
Great to see lots of staff in all departments.
It took me quite a while to choose and I honestly felt like a VIP from start to finish.
Shannon came to assist as soon as i arrived and left me to look around.
Then Shannon,Tracy and Emma all joined me to help me with my final decision. So many different colours and materials and they didn't get at all grumpy after I changed my mind and they had to order all over again.

Lovely experience. Its a mega m&s. I have never seen such big m& s store before. Kids enjoyed sitting on resting sofas meanwhile i enjoyed the sale.

A big Thank You to the fabulous ladies in the bra fitting department. Visited today and they were brilliant as I was not an easy fit - you know when you have one foot bigger than the other? Well........ Thank you ladies for all your patience and expertise.

I came into M&S last Thursday (23rd Nov) looking for some ankle boots i had in mind, for my little girl. I was hoping to come in / assuming they'd be there and just buy them. However, they were not there, and i was panicking as i wanted them for my daughters birthday...
Then a very kind, friendly, patient lady 'Dawn' came to my rescue - she was so good , she basically made me feel better and relaxed about the whole situation.
She was fabulous!
She spent so much time with me, looking for more & then she finally ordered the ones for me, i originally liked - i collected them yesterday. Thanks to Dawn - A real asset to you / M&S.

There is enjoyment to be had with the delights of their quality produce food hall. Normal M&S standard clothing too.

Lovely branch of M&S. It’s huge so lots of stock to choose from. Always clean and tidy and staff go out of their way to help if you need it. Can’t fault them.

Had a scone with a pot of tea on a Sunday morning and really enjoyed it 😊

I visited M&S today and whilst in the cafe, an elderly couple sat at the next table struggled when the gentleman accidentally spilt a hot drink which soaked his wifes top and jeans. My friend and I helped clean the spill and raised attention to a member of staff so that the floor could be mopped. The staff were wonderful in helping the elderly couple, replacing the hot drink, reassuring them not to worry about the spill and supporting the elderly lady with new clothing. It was lovely to see such care and kindness being shown to this couple, I know if they had been my parents or grandparents, I would certainly appreciate the quick response and compassion shown to them. 🤗

Great selection of free from breads. Really tasty and unlike some gluten free breads, tasted like I remember it!

Love coming to this store! Friendly staff, huge collection, neatly organised and nice café - probably the best Marks & Spencer I’ve been to, both here and abroad! 😄

Plenty of choice and variety in all departments from adult clothing, kids clothing, food and more. Food, clothing, accessories, household items, all great quality but even sale items aren't the cheapest around but you do generally get good value. The flowers are always fantastic, the fresh breads smell delicious and clothing is well organised, arranged and tidy. Staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Unlike some shops, there is actually room between the aisles, displays, racks etc which makes it pushchair and wheelchair friendly

Plenty of parking available.

Today me and my daughter visited the Longbridge branch. There was a lovely assistant on women's wear. Her name is Janet Brian. She was so polite and helpful. I was having trouble on the self scan tills. She showed me what to do and was really patient. I'm hopeless with technology. I did thank her but I feel that Janet went above and beyond in helping me. Thank you again Janet. You were so kind and caring.

Largest store in the Midlands. Still had to order what I wanted online as longer trousers are mostly not stocked.

Visited the cafe for morning coffee. Friendly staff, good service. One staff member Dena was very attentive and cheerful.
