Good little store, a bit small but has certain bits you need can't complain!

Saw Chuck and Tony whilst I was in there. I think they were looking for a can of what-for to give each other.

Very nice staff ,prices are good for how good the fresh foods are I use them regularly. Great selection of meats , bread crisps etc .. till use good self service or normal till

Clean store and well stocked shelves, easy parking too which is essential for me

I don't normally write reviews for 'big' shops as they can often be quite faceless and forgettable but I make the exception here as this branch of the Co-Op is staffed by some of the warmest and friendliest people around. I go in at least a few times a month and on different days and everyone from cashiers to shelf-stackers and security are all just lovely and really helpful. Plus, they do a great range of vegetarian food and some excellent wine. No complaints from me.

Very nice store, friendly staff who are always willing to help. Nicely laid out, and mostly well stocked.

Co-op's produce has always been of an excellent quality, their bread selection is particularly good.

Have always had a pleasant experience whilst shopping there.

Great if you shop smart
know what you need and you can't go wrong . There's always lots bargains that are very good. Their 5 pound freezer fillers are awesome! and there's normally always offers on fresh things to, I got 2 large pizza's and 4 small glass bottles of coke for a fiver! Bargain :)

Staff was super quick super friendly and super professional. Nice little shop where you get everything you need and more.

I have been using this shop for years. The staff are all really friendly and you get a real sense of community from them. The store works with local community projects including the local food bank. They have a great range of products on offer in the store including seasonal ranges like easter, Christmas etc.

Around 16:45 23/06/20 I had to witness a female customer bullying a cashier girl just because she didn't have any cheaper plastic bags. She was acting very entitled and was trying to persuade that poor girl to give her a free £1 bag in a very rude and condescending way. The conversation between them two was for around 2-3 min going back and forth. Then her colleague intervene and tried to stop that customer from bullying her comrade. The customer told her to mind her own business in a very rude way.

I decided to participate and I said that it wasn't their fault that they don't have cheaper bags. For what the customer answered that she knows that and she never had a problem with them not having any cheaper bags in a first place!?

Basically that customers couldn't even keep up with that thing she was angry about. She just wanted to lash out for no reason on one of the staff members probably because she had a bad day or something. In fact, she had a pretty big hand bag on here where she could have easily fit her milk in.

I find it great that this shop has employees who support and look after each other. That truly creates friendly environment and shows that there is no tolerance for bullyism in this shop.

If that customer has any sense of remorse she will apologise for kicking of for absolutely ridiculous reason.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They know us and always take time to say hello even if we are not at the till. If they havent got anything on the shelf you want they will always check if it is in stock and if not they will tell you when they expect to have it back in stock. The only thing that I miss is their taking away the delivery service. I always have to get a taxi with my shopping, but if I am buying flavoured water which I usually but 4 x12 bottles every 3 weeks it can sometimes be difficult getying them home

Very nice shop..limited choice but helpful & friendly staff

I love this Co Op. It's a medium sized store in Cotteridge at the hub of a busy shopping area. It has all you need and the staff are great. I live a good few miles from there but have made special journeys just to go there as I like it so much. Being on an arterial bus route helps. The 47 and 45 go there. Wonderful.

Nice and light airy space sadly not that much to chose from but a veritable oasis for those living near prices a bit pricier than sainsburies or morrisons . But good parking off the main Rd which is a boon ..

Great products nice layout of store friendy staff.

I have been shopping at this Co-Op for years. In fact, I do all of my shopping there as it is only a few minutes walk away. The staff are very friendly - never experienced any bad service. And it is very well stocked with a range of foods, etc, for a small store. Thumbs up.

They also do some great work behind the scenes including supporting the B30 food bank and other groups throughout the area. Oh, and they sell great fresh food and a good range of other products for the size of the store.

nice store laid out well nice and handy and more selection than the small convience stores member of staff who served me was lovely too

Nice place. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Decent sized store.
