Love the shop, love the staff. Perhaps if those of you who have left untrue miserable reviews had actually taken the time to talk the the staff and have a bit of a laugh with them, you'll see how nice and hard working they are. Their food take away service is also brilliant. The food is always fresh and tasty. We can also highly recommend their cakes too.

Many of the essential items can be bought at a fraction of this store's list price down the road at Tesco's or at another Premier store around the corner (on Turves Green Road)

This is a newly renovated shop, good customer service, with high prices on many items. I personally dont care about service being too good if I have to get robbed as a result of unfair margin pricing. At the end of the day if I end up overpaying this shop £10-£20 each shop, I would rather start walking down the road to Tesco and save about £150 each month.

Grimmer than grim. Passive aggressive notes scrawled everywhere. Leave any bags at the door. Minimum amount for card payment. Always stuff in the aisles. Expensive. Save your money and the dodgy looks, just got to Tesco round the corner.
