Telephone enquiry (Saturday) regarding availability of kids wetsuits (13yrs). The personnel on the phone was exceptionally helpful; explained how their stock was transferred to other stores but checked other locations, sizes and quantities. Also informed me of the potential delivery times if it was ordered 'next day' delivery and the latest I would receive it (travelling Tuesday). Great customer service, really helpful and polite.

Very friendly helpful staff. I've just started a monthly walk and talk group. So I needed all the gear for outdoors. Reasonable prices great sale at moment got my 3 year hiking boots for £12.99 bargin. Mine cost me £26.99.

I returned some items which my partner had bought me - the items were too big.
I was served by Leon who was so helpful and professional- it was quite a shock as excellent customer service is unusual these days.
I will definitely recommend this shop and will be returning.

Best customer experience ever. I was desperate for a particular snow boot and with the recent lockdown, they were difficult to find. These boots were out of stock online so I rang up Mountain Warehouse in Longbridge and Ben and Adam went way beyond my expectations to locate these boots in another store and reserve them for me after checking they had non in stock at their branch. It’s rare to get such excellent and exceptional customer services these days and to be put as priority and called back when promised. I’m so happy and totally over the moon with the service I received from Adam and Ben today. This is the reason I will always shop at Mountain Warehouse as these guys prove their service is second to none. Thank you Adam and Ben for an amazing customer experience and for giving up so much of your time making calls and reserving my boots at a collection time convenient to me plus getting back to me in the timescale you promised. Excellent helpful staff, nearly bought a jacket for a present that would not have been suitable if it had not been for the advice of the male assistant, helping and explaining the difference in what was needed, I thanked him, and then looked online when I got home, found the right item and ordered on line from mountain warehouse, thankfully the person will be very pleased with the present, and cannot thank that assistant for his help, and the girl behind the counter, 17/06 2020.

Our son is obsessed with their thin baselyer fleece tops and we all have a large amount of clothes and shoes from here and will keep going back as we love it so much. Good quality at reasonable prices.
