Smyths Toys Superstores Longbridge

Nice big store and plenty of parking with reasonable size bays. Never seems too busy when I've been and always been a good experience. Can be expensive experience but that's your fault for having kids :)
Good store and a few places to eat nearby if you work up an appetite and have any money left.

If you want to make your children very happy come to this shop is very nice, cheap and have a lots of toys. I bought my son and my daughter in Eid al fitter and bought these toys in just 130£. I would like to say amazing shop and staff. A lots of shops around it such as poundland and M&S . Free car park for 3 hours then be careful you have to pay. Thank you.

Came in because my pushchair was broken & jolting forwards wirh mh little girl in which was becoming really scary. Danni was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly & kind & she had all the time for us. She was happy to talk to us about the type of pushchairs I liked and worked with our budget too. She went up to the warehouse and then came back wirh 2 options and had found us a cheaper one which was exactly the same and asked if I'd like that one and then set it up for us so I could put my baby straight in it and use it right away. She really was wonderful. Her colleague Serena was really nice too and also helped make sure baby girl was comfortable in the pushchair too. Made an anxious mums time so much easier and will always be grateful!

Charlie was professional, kind and courteous when helping us find a push along trike for our 1 year old. He patiently let us try them out and even carried the box to the car for us . Will definitely be returning and recommending.

Excellent customer service here today. Staff member asked if they could help, I was looking at a large item on a low shelf but the box was damaged. Without asking he offered to get down another one from a high shelf and carry it to the checkout. They then offered to carry it to the car. Very impressed with the service.

Great store, always well presented. Staff are friendly and always helpful when I’ve been in. The store has a wide range of toys and products, the Lego selection is excellent. Plenty of parking outside the store.

Children love this store and not too bad for a parent either. Well set out. Always interesting unlike some other stores that are very samey and quite boring. Smyths quite reasonable in pricing structures. Selection of under £10 toys and games. We visit this store whenever we are in Longbridge

Excellent store, I only really use this store for pre ordering or click and collect on Video Games and the process always works very smoothly. Smyths is the best place to pre-order new releases, their prices are very competitive and they keep you well informed via email.

Super awesome customer service the console guy (Kyle or Kirk I think, sorry forgot your name) went above and beyond in helping us sort out sons PlayStation vr we couldn’t get working. This guy is a huge asset to your store and we salute you for your patience.

You'll find what you are looking for here. After toys r us closed I didn't know where to go next and then I stumbled upon smyths toy store. It's cheaper than toys r us so that's a added bonus for me. Parking is free. Staff are very helpful.

Staff are always friendly and very attentive and won't rush you. They will check things to give you the correct information and are very knowledgeable of the products they sell.
