Plastic carpet protection to our new bathroom had left a visible, probably glue residue pathway on our less than three years old 80% wool carpets through our bedroom, landing and stairs. We asked UK Carpet Care's advice and Giovanni came a few days later, measured what was to be cleaned, gave us a very reasonable price and then magicked the route away. He used Woolsafe products, including a solvent for the glue, and did a great job. He 'blurred' the pathway edges meaning it wasn't necessary to clean all the bedroom carpet. Thanks UK Carpet Care.

Faultless service from Rob. The job involved replacing a patch in the carpet affected by an accidental spill of wood stain. The repair was invisible, completely quickly and you could say the whole process was absolutely seamless. Rob is a true professional.

UK Carpet Care LTD carried out a thorough off site cleaning of 2 original oriental rugs. This is the second time we used their services and again they did a fantastic job. The team at UK carpet care where very efficient and puntual at a reasonable price. We ve had new carpet s installed around 3 year ago now and the dog and traffic around the house has made them look older than they are. I contacted UK carpet care on Sunday and on the Monday afternoon they came and carried out work and also manged to fit in a light clean on our rug we have downstairs. Jordan and the other staff were very polite, the rugs came back within the time frame originally given and they have come beautifully clean and restored to their original colours.
