Food was nice - however it would have been good to have a menu visible from the queue. That way the service would be more efficient.

Food is lovely and beautifully presented but needs more staff seems only two people running the place, expect to queue for 30 mins .

The food isn’t actually that bad, but it’s more like 6inch wrap than a 12inch. But all and all very filling. The low score come from the lack of customer service. I ordered a chicken wrap with tacos fries and when my order was called it wasn’t my food but my friends. Which isn’t a horrible thing but you think that with only 3 outstanding orders they would be able to connect the tickets. I also ordered a water, which I collected instantly at the till. My friends however were not handed a water even though they had paid. 5 minutes then passed and one of them went up to ask where their waters where, they were told they were busy (even though it would take 5 seconds to turn around and grab the two bottles). Once the staff had revived everyone else’s order… THERE WERE NO MORE WATER BOTTLES. My friends then waited another 10 minutes for their water to come out. But they only delivered one bottle and then said to one of my friends “we’ve ran out of water, would you like a refund”. On this day it was 26 degrees and we were really dehydrated. Also the food (whilst good) was quite dry and spicy. So we really needed a drink. It’s the lack of customer service which really brings this restaurant down.

I hope that management see this and have a stern word with the restaurant staff.

Ordered 3 tacos. Waited 25 minutes for it to be made during a quiet period 3pm (all they do is make tacos and burritos). Got 3 burritos. Told them they had made the wrong thing. Got a shrug of the shoulders and told they didn't have any tacos. No offer of anything else. No concern. Ridiculously expensive for what you get, service is terrible, tables are sticky and staff useless. Don't go here, it will spoil your day. Thorpe Park, supervise your culinary staff, they are rubbish.

I'm sure the food would have been nice if I had tried it. Unfortunately after twenty or so minutes of queuing a member of staff came out to tell us in the line, who had been watching others enjoying their food, that they no longer had half of the menu. What a disappointment, they definitely needed more staff to offer a timely service too.

One of the worst places I've ever been and should be shut down ASAP. Awful service and overpriced cold food. Massive shame as there were other options me and my friends could have chosen.

- Menu is a scam, half of the items weren't even available. Plus the loaded nachos are EXACTLY the same as the salted nachos (both include dips) yet they charge £3.95 more for the loaded nachos.

- I ordered crispy chicken and loaded nachos. They got my order wrong 3 times and kept handing me loaded peppers. I then questioned the manager and he said they didn't do crispy chicken anymore. He then got corrected by the person at the till and eventually I got my chicken 25 minutes later and it was cold.

- I am not surprised that all the reviews are terrible on this because the food and service is awful.

The ‘12” burrito is just a tiny bit of filling inside a 12 inch wrap and cost £10. There was basically nothing but bread in it. Absolute rip off/con. DO NOT EAT HERE’

Awful, extremely rude staff, chicken bites were inedible as it was even saltier than we were when we left!

Nachos with a £1.50 cheese dip is a box of value brand tortilla chips with quite literally a 'splodge' of loose cheese dip in the box. Looks like someone sneezed in my food.

Avoid like the plague

Horrible. Just read the reviews before me, it will tell you all. Don't eat here. They want even let you wash your hands!

Food wasn’t cooked, chicken was cold when were were given it and also looked like they didn’t pay attention and didn’t care much about customers
