Adam Watkins has been instrumental in guiding us through the process and we have felt at ease whenever we needed to call to go through any of the sale or purchase. We have been listened to at every stage and feel that Adam worked hard to help us reach our goal.

We recently completed on a house purchase through Pollard Machin. Jenna at the Sanderstead branch showed us around the property, she was warm, friendly and knew a lot of information about the house, the area and the seller's position. She also supported us through the offer process and pre-sale activities. Anytime we called the office and Jenna was unavailable, Anne would progress things for us in her absence. We were not shrugged off or asked to wait for Jenna. We went from making an offer to exchanging on the property in approx 10 weeks. Thank you to Pollard Machin!

Pollard Machin are a friendly family business with long experience of the area, all of which in my view makes a huge difference to the service they provide, which is personal as well as professional. I found them to be exceptional when I sold my house through them recently. Everyone there made me feel that they cared about me as a person and were genuinely invested in getting me the best possible result. Which they did! They were extremely supportive throughout, always providing reassurance and resolving any issues as they arose. House moving is extremely stressful, but they do everything they can to reduce that stress. I was very impressed with the large number of viewings they were able to organise, and how they managed the sale negotiations and then the process to exchange and completion. Ashley and Ann were outstanding with all aspects of the process, as were Chris and Amber with the viewings. I can't recommend them highly enough!
